Fantastic experience: 8 sessions in and my boyfriend commented saying "you look like a bloody body builder babe!". I don't lol, but the encouragement is working! Knowing Coach DJ is taking the class helps get me over the line and out of bed at 5am! I don't think that man runs out of batteries (or wit). Despite my complaining, he manages to turn each session into a fun, funny and high energy workout and I'm loving it!

Fantastic experience: Have not been to the gym for a long time and have been dreading to join again. Just joined F45 and absolutely loving it, wish I had done this much sooner. The team is very supporting and friendly, they make you feel welcome. The activities are so quick and full of variety, no time to get bored or think about it too much. There are different courses each day so both cardio and weights are covered.

Fantastic experience: Dj is very welcoming and totally respects your limits and abilities. The regulars are also welcoming. Even though there are competitions and competitiveness there is no pressure to join in
