Negative experience: I 100% agree with the other poor reviews. It's a scam. With me I signed up and then phone called them to freeze the payments until my preferred consultant came back from overseas, and they said they were freezing my account so I relaxed and didn't worry about it. $500 later I called to check and they HADN'T frozen it and DENIED ever having had the conversation! It felt like they do it deliberately. Lack of ethics. I would stay well clear. I ALSO had the problem where I was given an initial sample, and then they BAIT and SWITCH so that you don't get that person anymore despite being told that you are. You just don't expect them to do this which is why the tricks work. If you request to talk to the person in charge, Marlo is permanently unavailable and Kim uses 'word salad' and speaks over the top of you in what seems a completely dismissive attitude when you try to speak up.

Fantastic experience: Long review but a good review - Can not recommend enough! In Particular Enya who has been working on me over the last month. For anyone that plays a lot of sport, has an injury or needs rehab, has soreness/tightness in their muscles or the body just physically isn't feeling right, THIS IS FOR YOU. I have 3 bulging discs in my back from multiple work injuries causing chronic pain for the last 3 years - I have tried multiple physios, multiple massage, chiro, acupuncture and all have given 1 to 2 days relief at best then back to square one of pain. After attending StrectLab I am starting to feel not just a few days relief but overall feeling better and flexibility and movement has improved. This is not a one-day fix all...there is no such thing, But this in my situation is a chance of lowering my chronic pain that i got told I would live with for the rest of my life. At 32 years old this is a lifeline to live a somewhat normal life again.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from fibromyalgia for decades and now coming here to stretch twice a week for the last 6 months has transformed my body and mind, and has improved my flexibility/ posture. The flexologists are so caring and dedicated with a range of experience. Years of Physio, Chiro and osteopathy does not compare to the results I have received from these wonderful practitioners! Fantastic experience: I have had a few stretch sessions at StretchLab in Randwick so far and I am really happy with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The premises are always super clean and tidy and the stretches are helping me move my body easier. The premises are accessible to everyone and have a wheelchair lift at the front door to take you up the three steps.

Fantastic experience: Stretch Lab Randwick has been an amazing find. Thank you Febby for your experience advice and amazing stretches. My squats have improved and my morning stiffness is almost gone. I am very grateful.
