Fantastic experience: Mr. Hart is one of the understanding and helpful managers at Arundel, ensuring that the place is clean and equipped with all the essentials befitting a fine gym.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: new upholstery sorted! Would give 5 stars if only the equipment was updated. The Manager (Aaron) is great, classes are great, the other members are really friendly and welcoming & best of all it isn't too busy. BUT the leg extension machine has a rip in the vinyl padding, the hip thrust machine left with the last manager & some of the other equipment, including the cardio equipment has seen better days.

Fantastic experience: I joined stepz about 5 months ago and not having ever stepped into a gym I felt so welcomed! I am constantly greeted everyday by Clinton who has made me feel part of the stepz family! Clinton has been the best trainer and I am so glad I have been able to experience great training and professionalism from him. I am excited to go to the gym everyday and attended classes and PT sessions 6 times a week. Clinton works so hard and puts 110% into the gym everyday and watching the gyms atmosphere bloom over the last 5 months has been a pleasure. I highly recommend this gym and Clinton as a PT to everyone who is looking to start or change there fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Clinton is a motivating trainer who puts in a massive effort to provide an environment at Stepz that inspires people to train! The atmosphere is friendly & Clinton is always willing to offer some helpful advice :) Clinton will be missed by so many & I would like to say a special thank you to him for helping our daughter with her training for dancing !

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym , immaculate, very convenient and opens 24/7 Alicia the Manager and my personal trainer is so brilliant and confident . Anyone can feel very energetic and motivated with Alicia. She is very knowledgeable and always cheers me up. I am so glad I found her as my personal trainer as she has made me so much stronger and could physically see the results through the workout plan she has opted for me. I would highly recommend this gym if anyone wants to have a extra bit of motivation

Negative experience: I as an 18 year old female, being new to the gym chose a small gym to allow me to grow, little did I know the manager creeps on many young girls such as my self and two friends. I found the environment to be very uncomfortable and completely ruined my experience at the gym. Still to this day I am nervous to enter a new gym space and had discussed this issue at my new gym, and they informed me this is a common occurrence at small gyms run with dodgy management. I couldn’t believe the behaviour of the Manager, in particular the manager showed atrocious behaviour to many of the girls there and I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. I now have to look for a whole new gym and start fresh.

Fantastic experience: Great club with everything you need in a gym. Is a very clean and friendly environment with heaps of well maintained equipment. So convenient that I can park right out front, do a work out and do a grocery shop right next door in the centre. New signage gives the place a nice warm vibe. Well done to the awesome Management Team!

Fantastic experience: Personal trainer very professional friendly and competent . Tailors exercise classes to suit all participants and makes it fun. I personally wouldn’t attend without her support
