Fantastic experience: In 2 health got in a couple products I was looking for. 'Not coffee' was one of them; it came in quickly and it tastes amazing! They have a great range of safe & natural products for cleaning & personal hygiene which I love. Great prices and always friendly service!

Fantastic experience: Such a gem in a small country town. The girls are always so positive and happy to help answer any questions. Your health and wellness is definitely their priority. My daughters and I love getting after school treats and beauty needs from here. The coconut water with lychee is my go to pick me up when I've had enough coffees!

Fantastic experience: Love the gym! Well set out, plenty of equipment for all users. Music to work out to and TV to watch which I enjoy. Clean, air conditioned and nice bathroom and changing facilities. Highly recommend.

Ordering online and having the products delivered from Bordertown is legit easier than trying to find a health food shop in the Adelaide CBD and drive there and back. Just visit the online shop, 5 mins of easy online shopping and it's done, then your products arrive really well packed a day or two later. Easy as!

Fantastic experience: I love the people that work here, the health food shop is modern and well stocked. Passion and knowledge is up to date, and they order in anything you might want if its not in the store. The Gym is bright and colored and gets you in a great mood. And they have Remedial massage therapists to! I recommend this oasis of health and beauty.

Fantastic experience: One of the best establishments in Bordertown. Huge variety of health food and lifestyle products. Lots of fantastic items not stocked by the local supermarket. Very well equipped gym for anyone interested in getting into shape. Personal trainer available as well. Also caters for people in need of a good relaxing or remedial massage. Kerrie has 10 years experience as a masseuse and when you a feeling a little sore there is no one better. Remember to make a booking great massages are in high demand. Conveniently located in the centre of Bordertown and is a regular shopping destination for me every week. Highly recommend stopping in for a visit whether you are passing through town or a local who has not yet taken the time to see what's on offer. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff and I can't recommend Tatiara Health 4 Life more highly.
