Fantastic experience: Great gym. Very clean and equipment in great condition. Easy to access all hours and very reasonably priced.
Fantastic experience: I recently joined Plus Fitness Botany and had an amazing experience, thanks to the fantastic guidance from Enzo. From day one, he has been incredibly caring and patient, taking the time to demonstrate how to use the equipment properly and ensuring I feel comfortable with my workouts. If you’re looking for a welcoming and supportive gym with staff who genuinely care about your progress, I highly recommend Plus Fitness Botany!

Fantastic experience: Iv been training at plus botany for approx 7 months now and with the help of enzo iv been able to hit my target weight loss of 10kgs. His naturally welcoming character and non intimidating methods made it a surprising simple process and made the hard sessions feel purposeful, I recommend highly.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Plus Fitness Botany for a few months now, and couldn't be happier with my experience. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. especially appreciate the 24/7 access, which fits perfectly with my busy schedule. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, Plus Fitness Botany is a fantastic place to reach your fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: This place has the best vibe! And the trainers are so knowledgeable and so helpful. Thank you for making me healthier and happier and pushing me to my limits. Enzo is such a superstar trainer. He makes me laugh and I actually look forward to training. Highly recommend this place if you’re in search for a mid year change! Summer bodies are made in winter.
Negative experience: No showers
We appreciate your input and understand the importance of having showers available. We are currently in the process of installing showers at our facility to better accommodate our members. In the meantime, we do have access to showers at the facility next door, which we encourage you to use.
Fantastic experience: I have worked out here for a few years and it is a great gym. Good for free weights and machines. ( I never did classes so can’t speak for that) Friendly staff and a good vibe. The Plus network membership means you can go to others gyms.
Positive experience: Great small gym. Good location, however the toilets are never cleaned, and the single wipes dispenser on the gym floor is often empty which means no one can sanitise the equipment they have used either.

First and foremost, we assure you that the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities are of paramount importance. Our toilets are cleaned thoroughly every day by our professional cleaning team, following a strict schedule that includes both daily and deep cleaning. We understand how crucial this is for our members and are committed to maintaining a clean environment.
It is possible there was an isolated incident where the cleanliness did not meet our usual standards. We apologise for any inconvenience. However, our cleaning team works diligently to ensure such instances are rare. If you ever encounter an issue, please bring it to our staff’s immediate attention so we can address it promptly.
Regarding the sanitising wipes, we understand their critical role in maintaining hygiene. Our team regularly monitors and replenishes the wipes dispenser throughout the day. However, there may be occasions, particularly over weekends when staff is not present, that the dispenser might run out. While we strive to minimise such occurrences, we appreciate your understanding that our control is limited during non-staffed hours.
We genuinely value your membership and hope you continue to enjoy our facilities. If you ever feel we are not meeting our high standards, please let us know. We are committed to making things right and ensuring your satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: The biggest challenge in my training journey is finding a gym that I feel at home in. I’ve been training on and off for years with no consistency due to feeling out of place and awkward within gyms and FINALLY I’ve found Botany Fitness! My training has never been so consistent and I’m finally making progress. I train not only for the physical and mental benefits but because I genuinely enjoy going to see all the members and staff in Botany Fitness.
