Positive experience: I really enjoyed my experience at Victor Health . Loved my personal routine, the atmosphere, help was always available. Definitely would have been a 5 rating. Had to mark down to 3 rating due to unavailability of being able to attend twice a week. You have to call each week to put your name down for classes and there is a limit to class size which is understandable. There are waiting lists which aren't for me as I still work full-time. I want to keep going but unsure as per the class availability restrictions.

Fantastic experience: I been at Vector Health for many years after having a massive stroke. Miche Hanson, Aaron Sullivan and few others have help me to live my best life, despite many set backs with falls. Without weekly therapy my life would be much more difficult, I’m very grateful for the respect and care I receive. I do not want the sent these surveys thanks! Leigh Aubrey

Fantastic experience: Vector Health have been providing great support to my Dad. The staff are friendly and accepting of his limitations; and gently encourage him to extend himself. The staff are couteous and professional, including reception, exercise physiologists and physios.

Fantastic experience: There is so much to be said about the team at Vector Health ❤️ No matter your age or fitness level your individual needs are catered for with compassion, respect, encouragement and support. I have been involved in the gym scene for many years and Vector Health rates highly above others and this is solely because of the staff. Every consideration is given to those of us who have medical issues, without judgment. I have achieved and continue to achieve health and lifestyle goals with the support of Bec…she is simply amazing and takes the time to understand me and push my limits to achieve. Looking for a lifestyle change then do yourself a favour and call Vector Health.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Vector health for approximately 7 years. Originally it was for physio on my back and legs for pain relief and agility. On most mornings when I arrive I have lower back pain and stiffness of the back and legs, but after I leave I can hook into yard work straight away. I go 3 days a week, but on the days I don’t attend at Vector I do stretches that I have been taught by the Staff and can easily cope with the chores around the place. I can definitely say that the staff who work with me have made a major difference to my life.

Fantastic experience: I’ve suffered from severe backaches and leg cramps for decades and have tried various remedies including back surgery and a specialist back clinic. A friend recommended Vector Health and I have found the team takes a holistic approach by: Taking time to listen and ask questions Are Experienced and really Knowledgeable Are Caring and respectful Are Not afraid to ask their colleagues to give a second opinion (if deemed necessary) They ‘Tweak’ the treatment to ensure best outcomes Suggest affordable and practical aids (tools) that enable the patient to perform appropriate exercises at home thereby reducing the number of consultations required

Fantastic experience: These guys have an awesome philosophy on health and fitness. I have been seeing them for 2 years for Physio and my issues are more under control than they have been for a long time. My children use the gym under Glens supervision. Miche and Glen have assembled an awesome team and I can't speak highly enough of the service you receive from these guys.

Fantastic experience: I actually can't recommend Vector Health team enough. From the girlS on the front counter to the Physio's themselves everyone is welcoming and friendly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I have always felt that I have been heard and treated as a whole person and never once have I felt judged for my lack of fitness but have been patient my encouraged to keep moving forward even if the steps seem minuscule. I have never been able to stick with any physical fitness plans but 6 months on I'm still hanging in there and am more determined than ever to see the positive change I've been longing for. That has been made possible in part because they have used a number of different approaches and work as a team supporting each other and you in the care and treatment plans they use.

Fantastic experience: Really knowledgable, caring physical fitness staff; and integrated physio, which is particularly useful for rehab and recovery. I've trained with Glenn and the team for several years and really appreciate the sports-specific programming to get and keep me strong and healthy and loving my sport. The gym has a good range of equipment and flexible hours.

Fantastic experience: Vector Health operate an excellent facility, with quality staff who are committed to the success & performance of their customers. My two sons attend Vector Health weekly, and use the strength & conditioning sessions to complement their swimming training. Glenn and his team have been brilliant, and have provided a great environment for the kids in the swim squad to learn the basic elements of gym work and improve their body mechanics in order to improve their swimming. Vector Health have a strong focus on longer-term athletic development and learning the correct techniques in the gym. We love Vector Health and would recommend them very highly for young athletes looking to improve their strength & conditioning.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Vector Health gym over the last month and working with both Glen and Zac. They offer an amazing service which focuses on the goals I have set for myself. They are very friendly and take the time to explain the exercise and demonstrate correct technique. I like the focus on safety, health and wellness. I listen to the way Glen talks to the kids he is training and he is building champions, not just in the physical sense, but in the way he works with their motivation, goal setting and self belief. These attributes will no doubt flow over into other areas of their lives. Well done Glen and Zac.
