Fantastic experience: What can I say, this place is my second home. Taneka and the FF team are incredible trainers and such caring, beautiful souls. I have never felt comfortable in a gym setting and after the very first class at the FF, I felt welcomed and there was zero judgement. All the members are amazing and so encouraging. The format of the FF is perfect for people who can’t find the motivation to work out on their own, the classes are all group based, which is the ideal format for either pushing yourself to new limits or going at your own pace. I’m so grateful for this space and for the environment Taneka has created. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Do yourself a favour and join in on the FF fun!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is made to feel so comfortable at the factory. The equipment is always so clean and up to date and the classes run are made to test you and make you feel your strongest/ most fit yet. Love the fitness factory and have for years!

Fantastic experience: Speaking for the over 50s, I felt intimidated to go to a gym. But from the moment i walked in the door at TFF, I felt safe, protected, and heard, this is a very special place, its not like a normal gym where you go do your stuff and your forgotten even if your doing it wrong. At this gym you have a trainer on deck, who is always ready to help with your form and any questions you may have. We are not all the same, and some of us need more attention than others, a big thank you to The Fitness Factory by Taneka. I love my gym.. Ps.. did you know when you start getting fit that your skin looks young again.. why didn't anyone tell me this, I would have been doing from day one.. lol x

My confidence has grown so much since joining the fitness factory, the trainers are absolutely amazing and I can always ask for help with any exercise when I need. There is no judgement from anyone! I never feel more empowered, strong and positive than I do when I go to a class or have a PT session. I used to feel so uneasy going into any old gym, but at TFF I feel welcomed with open arms. Fantastic experience: Where do I even start, Taneka is such a beautiful soul and I’m so blessed to have met her and her amazing team! Every single session I come too, I leave with a smile as these girls know how to get the upmost best out of everyone! I’ve always struggled with feeling comfortable within the fitness industry, but Taneka, Lilly and Holly all make you feel welcomed, appreciated and gee do they work you hard! Fantastic experience: Taneka’s gym is the most supportive gym I've been to. The environment walking in, the members cheering you on and the PT’s all taking the time to get to know you and your body/injuries. There is a variety of times & classes, a children’s quiet/play corner and even a sauna to use upstairs. My favourite class is the stronger one - its great because you can go at your own pace but also have the support of a PT right there to help if you need it along the way.

Fantastic experience: cannot recommend the fitness factory by Taneka more. It holds such a supportive and creative environment with 3 amazing trainers. Not only are the trainers always offering support but the people that come to the factory are always there for encouragement and willing to help everyone out if needed.
