F45 Training Balgowlah

Fantastic experience: I went to several F45 before and this is the best. Very good energy, excellent people who became friends and Jamay, our coach, helps us to improve ourselves day by day, to be better and to set ourselves bigger goals. A unique experience ️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Simply the best. I have been to a couple of F45 studios before and this one really stands out. Jay and the team have created a fantastic community and will make you feel comfortable and eager to train no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I cannot recommend this studio enough!!

Have pretty much tried everything out there but am a die hard F45 fan since joining F45 Balgowlah! Have also tried other location but Balgowlah is truly my favourite, the team, space and the community!

Negative experience: STOP WITH THE SMS I've requested for these sms to stop multiple times, and unsubscribed multiple times via different means. They just keep using different numbers to bombard me with unwanted “limited time offers”. I have now filled a spam complaint via ACMA as these tactics are in violation of The Spam Act 2003. Free trial was OK, proposition is overpriced.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to F45 Balgowlah for 6 months now and have lost 13kgs. Cass, Ethan and the team, help motivate you to achieve your goals, whilst teaching you the right techniques to get more out of the sessions and avoid injuries. The place has a great atmosphere, which makes it easier to get up at 5am and go workout. If you are like i was, unfit and struggling for motivation, this is the place for you. If you can get through the first week, you'll see and feel the benefits of going regularly. I know i feel better both physically and mentally on the days i go

Negative experience: What a horrible business. Who wants to pay $60 a week when you hardly have any equipment. What a joke. Here, move this tire. Swing this rope. Push this heavy thing along the carpet. Ridiculous. Also illegal advertising messing up the neighbourhood. Expect a fine if you don't take down your rubbish advertising. Losers. Save your money and buy a mountain bike. Better exercise, more fun, out in the fresh air not a stinky sweaty musty tiny room like this place.

Fantastic experience: Great gym , and personal Trainers are excellent ! Location easy for parking and has a great name with locals ! Miss Brooklyn enjoyed her visit !
