Fantastic experience: I’ve been away from the gym for a while and just came back to Snap Fitness Rockhampton, and I’m loving it. The staff really make the place—friendly and community-driven. Nyree at the front desk is amazing and always super helpful. Darren was on the floor giving practical tips and looked out for me. It’s awesome to feel supported and a member of this gym
Positive experience: Was visiting from outt of town amd the building looks good as does some of the equipment. Some equipment however has tears in it and missing numbers on quite a few weight stacks

Fantastic experience: I’m very happy with my new gym! Got awesome vibes from the club manager Nyree right away, very nice equipment, never too crowded and CLEAN!! I was helped out by Nae while Nyree was gone - sooo friendly and attended to my issue right away

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff
Negative experience: Busy gym at times with machines broken for months without repair. No air conditioning at the gym and no good fans around to circulate the air which makes it very hot even on cooler days. Edit: it has been more than 4 months since the machines broke down. Every time we call the gym or email to cancel our membership on working hours no one answers.

The reason why they have not been repaired is because we are planning for gym renovations and it is taking bit of a time due to the complexities. But all I can say is watch this space for the timeline of renovations. We hope that post renovations we can get you to change your 2 star rating to a 5 star rating!
Negative experience: No staff during staff hours. Received a text when I enquirer about memberships informing me staff hours were from 9:30am on weekdays. Waited for 40 minutes and no one arrived. Manager was not answering the phone or responding to voice mails.
Hi Fatma, my apologies for any inconvenience caused. The club manager is currently on her well deserved leave and we have a post on the entrance door advising everyone the same.
We still do take care of new joiners who would like to avail the current EOFY deal. If someone joins online, we arrange for them to pick up the card from one of the PTs at the club who will also ensure customers feel comfortable. PTs are always there to help so that no one is inconvenienced. However, looks like we still have room to improve!

Fantastic experience: Visited this gym while travelling. Large, well equipped gym in a central location. Staff member was very friendly and made the time to have a chat. If I lived in Rocky would make it my regular gym

Negative experience: Went in to join during staffed hours as per appointment, no staff in sight for over 10 minutes into scheduled appointment. Not worth the time.

I can assure that while we are not aware of any appointment being missed, it may have been a case of booking an appointment with another club in error or may have been any of other countless possibilities. I apologize for any inconvenience and strongly urge to give us another chance and call us if the counter is un-staffed during staff hours. The manager might just be in office fixing up something.
Negative experience: No staff on a normal business day. Can’t even do a workout while I’m on holiday

Fantastic experience: Snap Rocky is the most welcoming gym in Rocky. The group classes are amazing and really help motivate myself and everyone else in the class and the trainers there are so friendly and encouraging. 10/10, would recommend.
