Fantastic experience: Bought a visitor pass while in town for a holiday. One of the best gyms I've trained at with good equipment, well kept plates and a great ambiance. Would highly recommend to anyone planning on visiting Beechworth and looking for a gym. The visitor pass system on their website made it very easy to pay and enter.

Fantastic experience: Newtown fitness has been a great gym to attend as an over 60 year old Mornings after nine are generally quiet and access to machines is easy the staff are supportive and it has a good culture of respect. I've been attending the gym for six months now in order to strengthen my knee that has osteo arthritis and it's done wonders for my strength balance and mobility allowing me to delay any surgery until a later date. I'm very grateful that Beechworth has this excellent facility.

Fantastic experience: Easy place to exercise - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful crew if you are not sure. And they make coffee. Adrenaline and caffeine are a great way to jumpstart your day.

Fantastic experience: Great, well equipped gym!! Husband and I stayed in Beechworth for a little over two weeks and wanted to keep up our gym routine. Newtown Fitness offered several packages at reasonable prices, to suit our short stay. The gym had everything we needed and the staff were friendly and offered to show us any equipment we may not be familiar with. They also have a cafe where you can get a coffee at the end of your workout!!!! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area from Perth, and am thrilled to have found this gym. It has plenty of equipment, all well maintained. The owners and staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The group classes are well designed and the trainer is professional and knowledgable. Overall this is a 5 star facility and I would recommend ir highly.

Positive experience: Great place, really decent equipment, really good staff. Opening hours very decent: 5am to 9pm. Not huge space, but also usually not too busy. Only downside is the limited amount of classes if you dont want to train by yourself.

Fantastic experience: I was going a bit nuts having not worked out all week and this place was a bit of a god send. $20 for a day which is a pretty standard price. Equipment isn’t brand new but is well maintained with a pretty decent selection. No other options for a gym in Beechworth but this one is pretty good so no worries.
