Fantastic experience: I was feeling so nervous and anxious walking in the door the first day. But everyone from coaches Kenneth and Tori to the members made me feel so welcome I could do this. I had little experience going to a gym. The team very professional , guiding me to build my strength and fitness with workouts to suit my ability. With that my confidence also grew inside and outside the gym. Thanks WOODEEZ

Fantastic experience: It's empty at the time I'm there so I have 100% focus right though my workouts. Compared to when your with a mate, you get distracted from time to time

Negative experience: Don't bother even trying to join. According to the sign taped to the locked door, it is "txt only" for appointment to join, however (and I'm not kidding) some guy named ken takes "7 hours" to reply & 2 days later......I give up. My little brother is pretty useless, but woodeez.......you take the cup.......

Fantastic experience: Great, friendly, peacefull atmoshere with good equipment. Suitable for families, we highly recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Family atmosphere. Great trainers for one on one fitness. Bootcamp and boxing training is funtastic. Owner is friendly and looks after his gym members very well. Great motivator. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to make an effort and get great support!

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, owned by a local Kenny Wood, family oriented Gym, large range of people go there, easy going and everyone knows each other, full facilities and the bootcamps every afternoon at 6pm are awesome.
