Positive experience: Great place for working out with no strings attached. Easy sign up, no contract or anything, free to join and cancel anytime. The airflow leaves a bit to be desired but worth the money.

Fantastic experience: Terrific little gym. This place is excellent. Not a show pony gym, this is the real deal. Run by a guy actually into health and fitness who likes his members and takes care of them. Staff are first rate. Was made to feel welcome immediately, thanks guys :-)

If you ask questions, listen to the advice, follow and most importantly commit to what they say you can make it happen (20kg weight loss in 6 months and thats while managing longterm injuries and improving muscle mass) Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: This is such a great gym. Plenty of equipment and a friendly atmosphere coupled with easy parking and knowledgeable crew. Has a real sense of community without being intrusive.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Pulse 24 Fitness. I was greeted by a smiling & friendly staff member named Darren. During our discussion, I expressed my key concerns and goals; Darren seemed to really know his stuff! I was given an orientation of the gym, it's facilities and access. I must say, it was a gym that was filled with friendly people - of all ages and fitness levels. There was no sense of intimidation or humiliation that I usually feel when I start I'm just starting out again. The TVs had different channels on them with closed caption, whilst the gym was filled with motivating music. There were combined showers/toilets/change rooms readily available, which looked quite clean. I like the fact that the gym is 24/7 and very secure (parking directly in front of the building too)! I'm looking forwards to my next visit. Well done on creating a well rounded place for everyone to enjoy.
