Negative experience: Really disappointed with the new manager at Roar jandakot, i signed up for a fifo special contract due to flexibility in freezing the account. I have had a couple of times last year with no charge but now she is saying it will be charged “according to company policy “ well its better off going to Jetts or some other gym which offers free cancellation and freezing the account free of charge for any injury/work emergencies!

Negative experience: Great gym but limited class times and have had a very poor effort trying to cancel my membership where I cant contact them and they have charged me since I have cancelled... has taken 2 weeks of contacting, very poor management.

Fantastic experience: The facility is big enough to never get crowded, it's always kept clean and has more than enough equipment and classes to cater to anyone ranging from beginners to more experienced athletes. The new manager Kian is extremely professional, helpful and passionate about fitness and health and places emphasis on overall mental and physical health. The fees are very reasonable and include heaps of free classes and the atmosphere in the gym makes training and health enjoyable. Edit: loving the new setup in the stretching area, neat and tidy. Heaps more trainers and staff at the gym lately as well. The place just keeps getting better thanks Kian.

Negative experience: States wheelchair accessibility but IS NOT ACCESSIBLE. Went with my boyfriend who ended up stuck in the turnstile with no one around to help and no number to call. Absolutely disgraceful for this gym to state they have an accessible entrance, especially when they charge such an exorbitant price for membership. Absolutely disgraceful.

Negative experience: I joined this gym and I had a very disappointing experience dealing with them, when I had to cancel my contract. I don't recommend this place and encourage everyone to have a look at other gyms in the area before signing a contract with them.

Fantastic experience: This gym has everything you need. A diverse range of equipment. Tidy and clean amenities. Friendly Staff. A good range of protein products. A big upgrade on the old Anytime Fitness that used to be in the same place.
