F45 Training Hawthorn

Fantastic experience: Just finished an 8 week challenge and will definitely continue training here. The trainers are friendly and helpful and it’s a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere. I sprained my ankle with 2 weeks left of the challenge and all the trainers helped me modify exercises so I could still train, which I really appreciated! Edit: I am still training here 4 years on! This gym has carried me through the covid pandemic and out the other side with my fitness, strength and sanity intact. I still love going. It's a game changer

Fantastic experience: The team at F45 are excellent :) Each trainer makes the effort to get to know you and find out your training style and the best way to challenge you. This means that it's perfect for every fitness level. I absolutely love starting off my day with F45 and can't wait to get back into the studio with the rest of the F45 Hawthorn community!

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Hawthorn after lockdown in 2020. I had gained a significant amount of weight and was extremely unfit after all the lockdowns. F45 Hawthorn has helped me mentally, and physically I have lost more than 10kg!!! The trainers are great at what they do, are super friendly and always motivate me to try my best. The other members are all so friendly too, and I have even made some friends at the gym! I would recommend anyone to give F45 Hawthorn a go - you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Througout my adult life I could not workout in group settings and stubbornly refused any offer to try but after some gentle persuasion over the years from my partner and from the owner of F45 Hawthorn I finally joined 6 years ago and I haven't looked back. The staff are just so incredible and supportive. The other members are my new family. It's a community of people who are there for a common purpose and because of all of that I was finally motivated to get knee surgery so I can more fully participate in the exercises. Great place.

Fantastic experience: Staff were friendly and knowledgable. They were attentive and helpful. Bright, airy space with high wooden cathedral ceilings and leafy outlook from the floor to ceiling windows. Appropriate timetable that I never struggled to find a time to go, and there was availability. Clean space and great facilities (bathrooms and kitchen space). Highly recommend!
