Fantastic experience: Sarah Minton is an AWESOME PT!! Her 3 week Kickstarter Program is the perfect introduction to fitness for anyone and everyone. Incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fitness. She taught me proper form and how to push my limits. Couldn't recommend enough !!

Fantastic experience: Sarah Minton at the Move Studio is a very dedicated and knowledgeable trainer with real eye for right technique. I started training with Sarah after having several medical issues and her personal training style changed my life. No problem is too big for her to work around and tailor the programme to individual needs. Additionally keeping the number of members small in a class leads to lot of attention and focus from her to ensure her clients follow correct techniques. I highly recommend her to anyone starting their fitness journey or working through medical conditions while maintaining theirs goals.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 21 day program and I have absolutely loved it. Over 3 weeks my strength has noticeably increased and Sarah gives support and encouragement to make sure you are doing everything safely and to the maximum benefit. The SPT sessions feel personal but there are a small number of people to chat to and give you encouragement. I never thought I’d be a weights and gym girl but I am a convert!
Fantastic experience: BEST PERSONAL TRAINER IN ST KILDA. After years of debilitating injuries and unable to exercise I found Sarah! Sarah has changed my life, exercises are quickly adapted to meet my needs, love the group training sessions that I can fit around work and family. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I completely agree with the other 5 star reviews here and I can't recommend Sarah more highly. I've been a runner for a number of years but recently had been picking up a number of soft tissue injuries. Sarah's coaching has provided me the tools I needed to get me back out there running injury free. From targeted exercises, release work, activations and mobility - Sarah really knows her stuff. She has plenty of little pointers that have corrected my form and helped me reintroduce hinging movements. In addition to this, she is super supportive and motivating. Thanks heaps Sarah!
Fantastic experience: Sarah's training sessions were always a joy to attend, even at 7am when you're not a morning person! As someone who always struggled to commit to or find passion and enthusiasm in fitness, Sarah's approach succeeded where many have failed. She targeted my training to my needs, with zero mentions of weight or diet, purely focusing on building my strength and capabilities. It was incredibly refreshing. On top of that, she's just a fun person to be around and creates a really pleasant, encouraging atmosphere, which helped me get over a lot of self-consciousness. It also really inspired me to challenge myself every session.

Fantastic experience: I have been trying to like the gym for as long as I can remember, with not much great success. Joining Sarah's gym has been the best decision I have done for my health. Not only is Sarah understanding of peoples personal capabilities, she has great knowledge and ensures what you do is safe for your body. Her gym is a place where each body can feel safe and encouraged. She has created a gym that is really a great community of awesome people. Do not hesitate and come join!

Fantastic experience: Sarah is a fantastic personal trainer and fitness coach. I have attended her group training sessions for several years, both in person and via live zoom sessions when I can't get to the studio. The group fitness sessions she runs are super easy to follow, and she has a talent for creating workouts that are adaptable for every level whilst encouraging and instructing each member with correct techniques. My own technique has improved massively under her professional guidance and my enjoyment in working out comes down to how she runs her classes and treats her clients. Hands down the best personal trainer I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: Sarah is a knowledgable and dedicated health professional; I have been training with her for over 4 years. Sarah's focus on technique and movement underpins her training methods, and I have reaped the benefits. Fantastic experience: Sarah is the best trainer I’ve ever had and the reason I work out consistently. She runs small group classes around HIIT and strength work, and one-on-one sessions tailored individually. Even in the small group training, you have plenty of space, fun conversation with others and the encouragement to work at your own pace and take swaps if you need them. Her communication is above and beyond and booking in is a breeze. There’s free 1hr parking outside, toilet and water facilities on site. She’s a hidden gem in the back of St Kilda. I’m always amazed by how she can make adjusts to your body and it feels so much better. She’s know EXACTLY what she’s doing. If more professionals ran PT like Sarah does, people would be more willing to work out!

Fantastic experience: Sarah is the only reason I work out. Seriously. As a plus size woman I have always seen exercise as something you do to punish your body or try to make it smaller. Sarah changed all that. Her guidance has completely transformed my relationship with movement, I now see it as an opportunity to celebrate my body and what it is capable of, and I experience a lot of joy in the strength I have created. I cannot recommend Sarah enough, no matter what your goals are, she is the one who will help to achieve them.
