Fantastic experience: I was only in Rockhampton for a couple of days and thought I’d try ETS Compound after already trying a different gym and not really liking it. I was so impressed with the set up at ETS and would definitely join if I lived in Rockhampton. Kelly at the front desk showed me around and made me feel right at home. Zac the personal trainer was very kind and helpful. Ran through some great workouts. Hannah in the crèche was also great with my 1 year old daughter. Thanks guys!! Keep up the awesome work.

Fantastic experience: ETS Compound is a place for all people and abilities to start or continue your journey to a healthy lifestyle. The staff, management and owner provide a safe non judgemental place to train. They have challenges to get involved with, provide support for your own goals and also provide opportunities to broaden your own horizons and do/try new things. If I hadn’t joined since its inception I would never have done the things I have done up to now, from Spartan events, running a marathon, Rocky River Run, trail running and now HYROX. They seriously got it all.
