Sessions were well run and provided the required variety; feedback was timely and supportive; coaches provided clear and concise instruction; centre was clean and well laid out; and, most importantly, I hit my goals in terms of weight and fat loss. Fantastic experience: Rbt Brunswick team is absolutely amazing Training sessions are never the same , never boring and most importantly always challenging. I have joined to get my fitness back on track and although it has been challenging at times due to other health hiccups I have always found the best support that helped me push through. Trainers are highly skilled , trained ,experienced and knowledgeable giving always that little extra that makes one feel you never alone or leftout but rather part of the community. They are engaging but most importantly they understand your needs and will follow up with you and your progress through the fitness program to ensure you reach your goals. I personally always look forward to continuing my journey and hit my goal knowing I am in good hands. Well done team RBT Brunswick or better Brunny Family Highly recommend these guys!!!!

Fantastic experience: The whole RBT team guarantees that you are well looked after. They have a great community. The workouts are well structured and the coaches are all professionals. Overall, very satisfied.

Negative experience: Misleading and deceptive scammers. I had a really negative experience at this gym, not only did it feel like the biggest loser, we were being yelled at to rep heavy weights and as fast as we could. I incurred a back injury and when I tried to slow down I copped an earful! And when I tried to cancel my contract in the 2 week cooling off period (due to injuries) they hassled me for months claiming I owed them 1.4K. 10/10 would not recommend this gym.

Negative experience: I absolutely say I’m ripped off! I emailed them in early September and asked them to suspend my membership until end of October(30th) , and what happened was, my account was charged in the first week of October, which I realised almost a week after being charged, and when I emailed them, they just said sorry and then again I was charged for another week! They don’t return your money even if they make mistakes! Update: I emailed the RBT HQ and explained them what was happened. The interesting point was that even the HQ didn’t care! Guys be careful never sign a contact with RBT!

Negative experience: They will rip you off!! Some of the reviews here are written by the staff.. Nice people train there though...but they will rip you off I have a medical condition and have supplied them with all the documents and want me to pay a years contract !! Training is all right but no plans and no results just decent marketing team

Negative experience: Not a great experience. There is no consistency in what they commit. Sales driven rather than value driven. Choose wisely.

Negative experience: After canceling my membership back in October, rbt continued to take a payment from my account. In a never-ending battle to get the money back, constant phone calls and emails with no result. 3 months later and still don't have my money!
