Fantastic experience: TOP TIER. The range of equipment is all you'll ever need, always clean and working. The staff and community is always welcoming and my main problem is leaving.

Fantastic experience: I love Alpha Gym. Large, airy, clean and a great variety of equipment. I am an older female and always feel welcome. There is a large demographic from teens to much older people, like myself. All are accepted and welcomed. Kaiden, the owner is wonderful. Responsive, helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have at this stage only just visited to check out the facilities and started my 7 day free trial so my comments will be limited ....but so far one of the most outstanding things I have noticed (and there are several great things I've noticed already) is the friendliness and welcoming attitude I received from all the young male staff members and the owner .....they couldn't have been more helpful and warm.....the gym, on my first visit to look through it,appears to be beautiful, well laid out with amazing facilities , very clean and exceptionally well maintained, and the weights and machines etc look in top class condition. I'm about to go for my first workout shortly so I will follow up with more comments once I've experienced the gym, but so far it is 5 stars from me. 3/10/24 Having completed my 7 days trial I have to say that Alpha Gym and it's facilities are awesome, my first impressions ( read above) were spot on, the variety of machines are excellent plus a really substantial selection of free weights , all equipment is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean as is the club...(I bumped into several of the cleaning staff and made a point of complimenting them on how clean they keep the club). The outlook overlooking the mainstreet of Woonona is great with a view of the bush covered escarpment. Ample under cover parking is available with a lift directly to the gym level. The young man who has created this facility needs to be congratulated at having achieved such a high class facility.

Fantastic experience: High end training equipment to support all training types. Friendly staff & customers that make everyone comfortable, kitchen, change room, supplement bar, ice bath, barber & more.. Highly recommend a visit to see for yourself!

Negative experience: Went alpha for a long time, in that time the staff would never be around to lend a hand, numerous machines constantly out of order with zero attention payed to them, gym tags were constantly dysfunctional, owner is an expert manipulator who prides in milking the most money out of you as possible. I resigned my membership and 2 months after I quit my card was still being charged, finally got in contact after numerous missed calls in staffed hours just for them to lie and say they were refunding the money, months passed with still no refund and had to threaten legal action. Only then we got our money back. Friends have been ignored several times to resign member ships. Only good thing about this gym is the air conditioning. Additionally the hostile environment is filled with toxic hyper masculinity which forced me to go late hours in order to avoid these conditions as I was still building confidence early on. Ontop of this all products sold are extremely overpriced. To summarise I strongly suggest you save your time and money and find elsewhere. As there is various viable options in the area

Negative experience: Poor management, always busy, lack of staff around to help. Environment is toxic and hyper masculine. Owner ignores requests to terminate memberships, manipulates members into feeling forced to stay. Membership payments continue well after cancelling, highly recommend going elsewhere!!

Fantastic experience: Great with the latest equipment, amazing facilities like ice bath, sauna and recovery room. What really sets Alpha apart is the services and exceptional staff. Alpha Gym is an emotion, family and so much more than a gym. I would recommend it to everyone either they are just starting out their gym journey or are already advanced. Thank You Kayden and Alpha!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for over 3 months now. I enjoy the variety of classes available. Kaden rans different classes every day and now has added yoga part of the membership. Kaden is a fun going instructor and understands your needs. No class is to hard as you can adjust the excerises to suit you. This gym offers no contracts and that's what got me here. I did not want to be locked into a contract . The timetable has classes for over 50's, female only, fusion,hit,boxing and mums classes. I have tried them all and recommend any class . My husband and son now have also joined the gym ️‍♂️
