Zenko Yoga Noosa

Fantastic experience: Zenko yoga is more than poses on a mat. It’s a community of like-minded people. It’s a sanctuary where, one hour at a time, one day at a time, you can recenter and ground the self. It’s a meditation; a daily reflection; an awareness that follows one out into the world. It’s tiny recalibrations on a journey to the higher self.

Fantastic experience: For anyone on the fence about trying a class here, I want to encourage you to give this studio a try. From my first class here, to now having met many of the teachers and the owner as well, I can confidently say this is a safe and nurturing place to come and enjoy your yoga – whatever that means for you. Love the super-affordable Thursday night community classes! Park in front of Acres Noosa, then walk around the left side of the Acres building and the entrance is on your left just a bit ahead.

Fantastic experience: Angelique is absolutely an angel!! She came out to host a class for my sister's hen's and did an amazing job making us feel zen and relaxed. She had such a warm aura and makes everyone feel welcome and loved. Would recommend her for her classes or to host a private party!

Fantastic experience: Lauren & Ryan have built a truly sacred yoga studio. From the moment you enter, you feel welcomed, supported, and embraced in a space designed to support your yoga practice. The teachers are incredible, offering a variety classes for beginners to advanced, workshops, & retreats. My yoga practice here has transformed my life, helping me stay present & grounded and I couldn’t be without it.

Fantastic experience: Yoga, both in a physical sense and through yogic breathing has helped me immensely in times when my mental health has been suffering. Ive found when i feel anxious being able to move in a way that gets me sweaty and focussed without being out of breath is the best way to unwind and reset. Power flow classes at zenko yoga are the perfect blend of that. Forever grateful for this community that Lauren created.

Positive experience: Beautiful studio, in general teachers are great but could pay more attention to correct poses and alignment.. Unfortunately most classes are totally overcrowded and it's absolutely disgusting having my face in someone's backside.. Why is the heating on when everyone's sweating..makes it revolting to breath...

Fantastic experience: What a lovely studio vibe! I came on holiday from the states and thoroughly enjoyed the holiday pass they offered! I enjoyed the variety of classes offered and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Zenko may be what I miss most about Australia. It was a slice of heaven and I am grateful to have found such a place while on holiday :)

Positive experience: Signed up for a week as I was here on vacation. I only actually went to two classes but they were really amazing and the teachers knew exactly what they were doing and very kind I only actually went to two classes but they were really amazing and the teachers knew exactly what they were doing and very kind and sweet! The only thing I felt like the other students were a little bit clicky and not so friendly which put me off a little bit. I felt like I was walking into analready established community group

Negative experience: Really selfish business, not welcoming to mothers or community in need of inclusive services.

Fantastic experience: Great studio with amazing yoga teachers. As I was just traveling through Noosa, I used the 1 week pass. But I loved the studio, the teachers and it’s community so much that I came back to Noosa for another week before traveling back home. I highly recommend Zenko to anyone who shares a passion for yoga. My special thanks go to David, Esther and Kat for these beautiful yoga sessions I was able to experience.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful selection of class times all with superb instructors in a clean and beautiful studio with a beautiful energy. I really love being able to plan out my week and keep to a regular yoga routine. I also love the intuitiveness of the instructors, always seem to cater for our body and energetic needs!

Fantastic experience: Excellent teachers and a good range of levels of yoga

Positive experience: 3 stars because the yoga mats for hire are disgusting. Old, cheap, thin and disintegrating. The teacher suggested it’s because most people bring their own mat but when your in a holiday resort and charging quite a bit for a casual class I’d hope for much nicer mats. But it is a beautiful little yoga studio with great classes. Visited a couple of times whilst up on holiday. The space is lovely and the teachers were both great.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best, most welcoming, and helpful Yoga studio in Noosa. The community that has grown around zenko is amazing and just as important as the classes and awesome teachers.
