Fantastic experience: ***I FINALLY GET IT*** I understand why people rave about group high intensity interval training or more specifically F45. I’ve never enjoyed working out. I needed something that was quick but effective that could fit in with my busy lifestyle as well as keep me motivated to keep doing it. (Not asking much I know) F45 is all of this plus more. Matty, Scotty and the rest of the crew are fantastic, they keep you motivated and they get the best out of you not matter your fitness level. I absolutely love working out at F45 Cessnock and highly recommend it to anyone that hasn’t already jumped, skipped or burpeed onto the band wagon yet.

There's no judgement, no one is better then anyone & you work out at your own pace! I've been to different times and each session has been a great experience. You would not regret joining F45. For me my biggest fear of training in a group environment was look silly because I am a slow learner but never have I felt this was at F45 Cessnock! Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend F45 Cessnock to anyone and everyone. I hate going to the gym normally but F45 is so different to that, I genuinely look forward to getting up so early in the morning to work out with a bunch of really extraordinary people! The trainers make you feel so comfortable and are so lovely and everyone who trains there are really friendly too, it’s like a giant gym family. Everyone motivates each other to work harder, the trainers are great at educating you on correct technique and the music absolutely amps you up. The gym itself is lovely and clean, the equipment is all brand new too and it’s less than ten minutes from my house which is fantastic! If you’re looking to sign up to a gym, don’t look any further than F45 Cessnock, I absolutely could not recommend them enough!!
