Fantastic experience: good

Positive experience: In today's standards a small to medium sized gym, but enough to satisfy most people's needs I would say.

Negative experience: Regular gym is in dire need of updating with new equipment or expansion, or they could let member use the newly furnished high performance gym that is collecting dust.

Fantastic experience: Best pool on the Sunshine Coast for lane availability and access.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Very highly qualified trainers. Outdoor functional area.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with fantastic staff and facilities.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff, equipment always in working condition, air conditioned and close to the pool. Perfect gym.
