New Dimensions Health Club has been providing health and fitness activities to the local area of Mt Druitt for 25 years, and Leonay for 7 years. Independently owned, we offer full service facilities to the local area with state of the art equipment, dedicated personal trainers, group fitness instructors and onsite crèche. Specialising in women’s fitness, we offer private ladies only zones, classes and bootcamps to suit all ages, level of fitness and training styles. New Dimensions Health Club is a community based, friendly and fun place to work out where members are able to connect on the gym floor through a mutual love of fitness.

Fantastic experience: Great local gym. Doesn't have the newest or the shiniest equipment but has everything you need! Staff is very friendly as well.Would recommend.

Negative experience: I am a member and very rude staff, I think if you don't like what you do or who you deal with in your job, then the job isn't for you. The male staff I haven't found rude in saying that.
