F45 Training Fremantle

Fantastic experience: So glad I joined F45 Fremantle. Thought about it for so long and finally took the plunge. Such a great team of trainers who help and encourage you and a great community of people too. Loving it!

Fantastic experience: Just what I was looking for. Fast, fun and challenging. Having not to think about what I'm going to do next is a treat and the variety keeps it interesting, plus the team vibe keeps you working hard. Feeling much better for it.

Fantastic experience: Really welcoming and friendly instructors, who made me feel at ease whilst getting back into exercise. Studio is really clean and open - loving it so far!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend highly enough. As someone who normally doesn’t enjoy exercise I am surprised that after 10 sessions I am. Matt is an awesome trainer really working on technique and is super motivating. Love it.

Fantastic experience: Great team and facilities in convenient location - my fitness improved quickly and felt results in a reasonably short period of time.

Fantastic experience: Like having a personal trainer every day but only paying for one session a week. F45 seems expensive and frightening for older and less fit people but the team have been very welcoming and I have never felt out of place since I started. The equipment is new and set up for you so you can concentrate on your workout!
