Zap Fitness 24/7 Gosnells

Negative experience: Very handy gym. Very clean, good variety of equipment. Never crowded. No access to the screens for tv or wifi entertainment. After one month, I've changed my review from 4stars to 1star. Total lack of customer service. Takes 3 days minimum to respond to any issues. Its either no music & tvs or the music is so loud it gives you a headache even with ear plugs in. I've let them know several times & requested it be turned down but no action taken, even after SMS direct to a trainer. I've just literally walked in & walked out due to the loud radio advertisement. Worst customer care around. Full of excuses, no action. After many requests to consider clients who want to listen to their own entertainment, I'm over it. If I could leave 0 stars I would. No wonder it's generally empty.

Fantastic experience: Not very crowd. Staff are friendly.

Negative experience: Poor Gym. Please for everyones sake do NOT GO. I will tell you why, the staff there mostly on week days are very rude and don't listen to you. Most of the equipment was worn down and still has the other persons sweat after they cleaned it, (if cleaned at all). There also lots of kids that go here (which is probably why for above) and my wife Orla, was catcalled and stared at, and when reported to the front desk, they paid no attention. I would suggest to try another location if you want to work out. Thanks Sam

Negative experience: FREE TRIAL??? It's free to join but you have to pay a $79 "Club Access Fee"..... Last time I checked that's NOT FREE!!!

Negative experience: No staff during declared staffed hours. Equipment needs updating and repairs

Positive experience: The Gosnells branch is a little smaller, which is great busy is 4-5 people so there is always the equipment you want

Positive experience: To me it's not a real gym, no pool,no sauna,no spa ... just treadmills, bikes, weights... for me it's incomplete but for others it might be ok It has shops and food places nearby so location is good.

Fantastic experience: Jetts Gosnells is such a friendly, welcoming and useful gym. the club manager Sinead and staff are absolutely phenomenal, and so understanding when it comes to asking for advice or assistance. The gym is petite but has all the basic equipment that you need to take control of your fitness journey. I honestly love the fact it's small because it creates a great atmosphere with regular gym goers and makes it feel so homey, I often have the gym to myself which i love, and Gosnells just doesn't feel as intimidating as other gyms I've tried have been. The gym is immensely clean and great care goes into making sure the gym and its facilities are regularly cleaned and safe to use. I recommend Jetts Gosnells enough if you're looking for a small, local, friendly gym with the kindest staff you could ask for.Thanks for everything Jetts Gosnells Team!

Fantastic experience: Best Jetts gym!!! I have been to 3 Jetts gyms Hobart Tasmania and Melbourne the Gosnells gym is the smallest but yet appears much bigger with excellent staff

Positive experience: Machines are a bit wobbly and squicky. But overall good !

Fantastic experience: I have only been here once but the gym seems clean and nice. the staff are friendly. EDIT: Now a member, this gym is great. I would recommend usb ports for people to charge phones while working out.

Positive experience: The staff are nice, but equipments are incredibly old and run down. Definitely needed to be upgraded 3 years ago, specially the treadmills
