F45 Training Greenhills Maitland

Fantastic experience: I don’t do a lot of reviews, but I just can’t help myself with this one. I’ve been a member of this studio for years. It kick started my fitness journey and changed my life in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Beyond the health benefits, (looking better, more energy, complete turn around for my mental health) I’ve been lucky enough to make some of the best mates who are supportive in and out of the gym. The community is amazing. I really thought it was the total package. Then, a few months ago, new owners took over…. It has gone from a great gym to a WORLD CLASS GYM! The new excitement and energy they bring is contagious and the whole gym has benefited. Still the same great workouts but now with so much more! If you’re looking for a gym that will lift you up and support you all the way, this is the place. If you have tried it before. Get back here! The change is unbelievable! And if you’re lucky enough to already go here, I’ll see you soon!

Fantastic experience: F45 Greenhills is a great place to train, the trainers are very attentive, the atmosphere is very friendly. The programs have lots of variety and change monthly. I love training at F45 Greenhills.. give it a go you won't regret it you will keep coming back for more.

Fantastic experience: It’s more than just a gym! The community at F45 Greenhills is next to none. Andrew & Ashlea have created an environment where you want to go and train everyday! Since training at F45 my confidence & love for training has increased. The coaches knowledge and care you for is unmatched & the member’s are amazing! Every single time you step into the gym the workouts are planned, set up and ready to go, there are always smiling faces and you leave feeling incredible.

Fantastic experience: The best studio of all the F45s I've been to (have been to studios across Sydney and the Hunter). The team are so friendly and helpful! Love the supportive atmosphere, and the team works with you, and gives a gentle nudge when when needed to bring out the best in you! Daz the owner is very responsive to messages and requests, being a member there is a breeze! I'm openly not a fan of exercise but it's genuinely fun going to F45 and they've helped me achieve things I didn't think possible.

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Greenhills years ago now, a little scared as joining any gym can be a tad intimidating if your a little self conscious or worried about your fitness level especially in a group environment like F45, but after completing a free trial I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and helpful all the staff and members were making you feel comfortable in every class and very accomodating to any fitness level giving you alternate exercises if something was a bit to hard for me so it was no where near as scary as I thought it would be. It’s always a fun work out atmosphere and always with great music

Fantastic experience: Fun and friendly trainers who are supportive but push you enough when you need it. The trainers and people are all so encouraging and welcoming. You can even try a week for free to see if you like it. So you have nothing to lose, except maybe some fat and bad habits

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a part of the F45 Greenhills family for about 4 years now and I’m hooked. The support through COVID and passion of Daz the owner is next to none. Even though I’ve strayed and tried other gyms a couple of times, I’ve always come back to my F45 home and family. It’s a place for real people to workout, smash goals and meet new friends!

Fantastic experience: Daz and his staff at F45 Greenhills provide a great team training environment that is second to none. I joined in January looking to tone up and improve my fitness but I’ve found so much more than just that. The staff and fellow members create a fun, welcoming environment for everyone of all fitness levels and it’s become a place where I can confidently challenge myself and smash my fitness goals. I highly recommend coming in and having a go!
