Fantastic experience: I joined Healthies at the beginning of this year and it's the best thing I've done for myself in a very long time. I decided that this year was going to the year to really start looking after me and my health. The team at Healthies make it easy. They are an extremely supportive group of beautiful women, who all have their own journey to health. It's not just a weightloss journey for me, it's also a lifestyle change (cliche I know, but true!). If you feel like nothing has helped in the past, believe me, you will feel differently once you come in and talk to the team and join in on the great classes they have. Each and every time I go into Healthies I also have a laugh, a good chat to someone and feel a great sense of community. Come join us!

Fantastic experience: Joining Healthies as a 55yr old and while recovering from a major injury last year was one of the best decisions I have made. Nola and the gorgeous team took into account all of my challenges and supported me to re learn how to fuel and nurture my body in my own time. In 4 months I have dropped a dress size and still going strong with a little more to shift. I am loving the recipe app on my phone and the accountability weekly coaching meetings give me. I have even been able to get into my favourite Disco Costume for my singing gigs- something I thought was way behind me. The life style adjustments around what food to eat when has been a joy to explore and I cant see myself going back to my old, unhelpful habits anytime soon. Thanks Team - a relief to finally find something that works for me.

Fantastic experience: I joined Healthies Prospect 11 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier! Nola and her team are absolutely fantastic. Middle aged menopausal with health issues I was really in a not so great place. Since joining I not only have lost nearly 11 kilos but I have found a new network of people that can help me. The diet is really easy to follow and you are guided along every step of the way. The excercise classes and circuit are great too. You just do it at your own pace and there is no judgement. I've met some really nice people too along the way. I would highly recommend Healthies. Such a great bunch of ladies who really do want to help others. Let's face it no one wants to be overweight and honestly when you are actually doing something about it it feels pretty good ☺️

Fantastic experience: Very well designed layout, easy to navigate, great range of animals, very clean environment, friendly helpful, knowledgeable staff. Spent 4 hours but easily could of stayed all day. Great day out for all ages.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I found Healthy Inspirations because it's just what I needed. It's wonderful to go there whenever it suits me timewise with my fob to get in anytime. The coaches are lovely they always have a smile on their faces and go out of their way to help you. The circuit helps my arthritis and just makes me feel so much better. If you're looking for a place to go to help with your fitness and get you to your weight goal this is the place to come it's the best thing I did.

Fantastic experience: Been around Gyms since 1997 and have never met a Coach as motivating as Nola Bellenger...a true Professional and unbelievable energy that picks up myself and anyone who I've recommended to her Centre. If you are struggling for motivation then this Woman is the Coach for you!

Fantastic experience: Healthy inspirations have helped me on my weight loss journey. The staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming and have really made it enjoyable to come in to the studio. Not only are the staff supportive and encouraging, but so are the other members. It really is a great environment to be in to lose weight. Fantastic experience: I am a member of what I call the "Women's Village" gym and I have also facilitated sessions for the members on the topic of Creativity and making healthy Choices. My work takes me into many different settings and I can say without doubt that Healthy Inspirations Prospect is a centre where all members are valued, staff are informal but highly professional and there is an ever growing role of community contribution and philanthropy amongst the members, inspired by Nola's passion for social justice and compassion. Theres an emotional and psychological fitness aspect to the management of the Centre that makes for a very safe and nurturing place where women at all stages of the fitness journey feel equal and valued.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Healthy Inspirations make the weight loss journey easier with their coaching, guidance, support and genuine care of each of the ladies. There is a sense of community and friendship which I don't believe any other weight loss centres have been able to achieve. The combination of nutrition and exercise creates an energising vibe which makes you want to exercise and eat right!
