Fantastic experience: Pretty awesome gym!! Lots of machines and free weights as well as a ladies only area!!

Negative experience: My time at world gym was anything but pleasant first off they never activated my key tag 2 times over, after my contract ran out they have continued to charge me money and on top of that want a late fee, I’ve called on more than 3 occasions these last 2 months which all times I’ve been told it was their fault and they would sort it out and get back to me which they never got back to me any of the times, and I am still being charged to this day, do not go to this gym. I will have to go in person now to try and plead with them to actually do something.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with lots of equipment and no wait times. Everything to suit your workout needs. Delicious shakes made by Jack, and Sophie really knows her stuff when it comes to supplements. Large open-plan building with 2 levels to choose from. Bathrooms are always very clean, and hairdryers/straighteners, deodorant, hairspray, bandaids, tampons, and hair ties are complimentary. Staff are always happy to help, and Jana does a great job ensuring this gym has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: In Rocky for work and conveniently WG is across from where I'm staying. Nice gym, staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Massive shout out to April who went over and beyond to show me around the gym, also she was parading around in a cute WG jumper which made me buy one, well played April, well played Very cute n cosy jumper though.

Negative experience: Already pay for Fitness Passport but have to buy a fob key for $49 as extra cost, just to access the gym as a one off. Just a money grab! Not the front of staff's problem but just the general brand don't care about the average Joe. Just after money. Very disappointing.

Positive experience: One of the friendliest clubs to train in. Chelsea on reception is always very helpful and friendly ☺️

Negative experience: They hound you with phone calls when you express interest in joining but once they get your money you become just a number and they ghost you and won’t help you if you wish to cancel your membership and badger you trying to get you to stay. They are just money grabbers. 4 people in the office marketing themselves 1 person at the counter selling products and no one on the gym floor offering help or support. The staff are lovely but the business model and management is all about money.

Positive experience: Great facilities. Limited support without paying extra. Had to request a workout plan, which seemed pretty generic, but this may have been the PT I was paired with. When I was injured and unable to work out, the team were very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: i have the fitness passport, and was looking for a gym who sees me as a person not just another number, the reception staff was able to answer all my questions and there were alot, we scheduled in a time their PT sat me down really interested in my goals - and how we could work towards smashing these, showed me around the Gym, i highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad we changed gyms! My daughter loves the creche which is a big deal as a mum. Great facillities, and i love the modern clean equipment. Jamie signed us up, he was very helpful and friendly, made us feel comfortable strait away. Staff at the desk are always warm and welcoming. I've also had a cpl pts with Glynn, he was very professional and informative. Highly recommend this gym.

Negative experience: I'm a member of fitness passport and travel a lot for work so having the fitness passport is great for me it allows me to access most gyms while I'm travelling except for Rockhampton World Gym ‍♀️ only here for 3 days and the counter lady wouldn't let me use the gym without paying either for a tag to grant me 24hr access or a entry fee!!! I've been to 4 other World Gyms in my travels and never had this issue only Rochampton!!!

Fantastic experience: We stopped here on our travels down to Agnes Waters and it was one of the best gyms we have ever been in ! They were very welcoming and showed us around the gym, the set up in the gym is amazing with every possible machine/workout area you could imagine. As well as that, there was protein smoothies/shakes for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend a gym session here!

Fantastic experience: The people and employees here actually care about the gym goers, I wasn't a part of the gym for very long and kept very much to myself, but the team still reached out with birthday wishes and kept in contact to see how I was going. Possibly the most accepting and inviting gym in Rocky.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been in the Fitness Industry for the past 14 years. I’ve worked in 6 different locations ranging from Sydney to Rural Victoria and now World(s)gym Rockhampton. Worldgym Rockhampton offer the highest quality services, great customer support and they are constantly innovating and upgrading the club. Not to mention the best pt team in town.

Negative experience: Have been a foundation member of the gym now for approximately 7 years. Yesterday I was advised that all group fitness classes were being ceased at the gym. This information was conveyed to myself by other members rather than management. This change to the gym seems very shortsighted by the owners and management as two other group fitness gyms are opening close by in the coming months. If you’re a lifter or a bodybuilder this is the gym for you. For people with other fitness goals I would recommend another gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined World Gym Rockhampton this year after starting my new job down the street. The entire team are super friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities are state of the art and the shakes at reception are the absolute bomb, 10/10 recommend.

Negative experience: After being a loyal member for many years and told my training crew and I are valued for our ongoing, regular attendance for many years at group fitness the business has decided to cancel group fitness permanently and will happily, collectively cancel our memberships, some of them are foundation members. I am extremely disappointed and sad that we have been disrespected and discarded so easily to save money when there are staff there that basically spend their days posing for photos and videos no one wants. Very poor form.

Fantastic experience: Visiting Rockhampton as a non member for a Family Birthday and had a reasonably priced casual workout. Was very impressed with the warm friendly welcome from Rachael at reception. A friendly welcoming smile made my workout enjoyable. Planning on another Today. Joel...

Fantastic experience: Staff are super friendly and VERY welcoming! Wide range of equipment across 2 storeys. Even have their own drinks bar where they sell protein shakes and blends of sorts. They are delicious!! They have a shop connected where you can buy a wide range of products even the protein they use at the drinks bar. So you can purchase one and try before you buy a big tub :)

Fantastic experience: I usually don’t post reviews of places however my experience at World Gym yesterday made my day. I came for a casual visit while the reception was quit busy but (new staff member I think) Elyssa got straight onto everyone and was more than happy to serve each and everyone of us. Have never met such a radiant, happy and knowledgeable young lady. I was after a shake and she made sure I was comfortable with the ingredients and calories in the drink. Overall the best gym good job team!
