Fantastic experience: Amazing service, highly recommend Dyl

Negative experience: Massage therapist has exposed one of my family members without consent for 'views'. Made a bunch of medical claims and even defamed professions on social media. Not a good look on your brand and certainly not going to be good when people sue for defamation. This guy lacks integrity, professional ethics and really has no regard for his own reputation.

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained at gyms of varying disciplines and styles for over 20 years with VA being the first one that truly feels like a community. The team and members who have been there from day one are a super friendly bunch. Don’t expect to find people here that are too precious around technique or skill level just encouragement to help you to be the best version of yourself. Great facilities including infrared sauna, well maintained lifting equipment and more. Do yourself a favour.

Fantastic experience: I had never been to a gym before VA as the idea of gyms always intimidated me. I trained from home for years despite knowing it wasn’t going to give me the push I needed I came to revisit Melbourne after living in Europe for 3 years and was introduced to VA by my cousin Billy and I have to say… the knowledge, strength and confidence I left with still stays with me today 2 months of consistent intensive 1 hours sessions a few times a week alone left my body in absolute pain but pushed my bodies abilities to a level I didn’t know I was capable of! Not to mention the customer diversity to the degree that mums were deadlifting as much as the men, this is a huge yes from me I just want to thank the team at Keilor for giving me a load of knowledge and confidence. I will 100% be returning whenever I revisit Melbourne! Much love ❤️

Fantastic experience: I just completed the 8 weeks lifestyle block program at Valhalla Athletic and by far, the best atmosphere, community and coaches who fully supports your fitness journey at whatever fitness level you’re in. You come into this space feeling included in the family. I am always welcomed by the coaches and well supported at every training session. I could not fault anything about this place when you’re looking at a place that feels welcomed. After training at VA for only 2 months out of what I know will be a long journey here, it completely encompasses every sense of what a community is, full of beautiful people dedicated to uplifting others. He is realistic and is exactly what I need. So grateful to have found Valhalla. The set up is great and I immediately felt comfortable, something other gyms lack. Fantastic experience: VÅ is a warm, welcoming & fun community to be a part of. The trainers are approachable and full of enthusiasm when training you. The gym and studio is fitted out with the best equipment and there's so many different classes available which keep training interesting. 4 years on and it's home!

From the moment I walked in I felt at ease, not something many people would associate with walking into a new gym. This is a credit to the beautiful owners and instructors. Fantastic experience: Been a member now for 4 years, love this place, the team and the community! Dylan, Shenae, Zac, Deano and Sione bring in a fresh and always challenging workout to the board allowing you to test your limits. The gym itself with its pilates studio and now recently opened Coburg location makes it a one stop spot for all. It also has an Infra red sauna and an asthetics clinic literally making this place your go to for everything. Keep up the good work team!

Value for money coz your definitely getting great quality training. Atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Yoga classes have been great as a newbie but challanging as well.
