Fantastic experience: Nice neat, tidy and clean gym. Great service and good location.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym facilities. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful with using the machines I had no idea how to use. Non intimidating gym, Sherrie, the manager was great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Had the most awful experience at Benalla anytime fitness, the manager Sherrie is extremely rude and unwelcoming to people who don’t usually train at the Benalla anytime fitness. I do not recommend this gym whatsoever it has the most unwelcoming atmosphere and the staff/ manager are miserable

Fantastic experience: So happy with the new team member I haven’t officially met her but I seen her working out the other night and it was very impressive! Amazing to see:)

Fantastic experience: My first visit here today and I was blown away by the welcoming, fresh, clean and well equipped club. Thank you Sherri for the friendly welcome and joyful atmosphere you create in the club. I thoroughly enjoyed my workout and can’t wait for my next visit.

Negative experience: Terrible gym, from service to quality. When i cancelled my membership the management couldn't even take criticism in regards to membership information upon signing, the manager made excuses and just rolled her eyes (very professional).

Negative experience: Worst gym, the service is horrible by some of the staff, especially when cancelling a membership!!!!! I have had a cancelled membership for well over a month now & and still getting texts & emails saying that I owe all this money! Would definitely find a more consistent & helpful gym!!!

Fantastic experience: Thanks so much to Sherri at Benalla Anytime!! I spent a couple of weeks working around the area and was looking for a gym close by to train at. Coming and training alone at an unfamiliar gym in a town I don’t know could have been really intimidating but immediately I felt welcome. The gym has a lot of equipment which I really value as I train to a program and the space is kept really nice and clean. Will definitely be back when around the area. Thanks heaps again!!

Negative experience: One of the worst Anytime gyms I’ve been to and I’m a gym junkie/ subject matter expert. The place is the pits. I was there JUST as the cleaners finished their shift. I had a shower and there was no soap IN ANY OF THE SHOWERS LET ALONE ONE! This sink had a had a faulty plug that did not let water drain out once full which was disgusting. The equipment is old and outdated and if I were head office I would be paying them a visit and looking at their refurbish clauses because the place is a dive and actually gives Anytime fitness a bad name/rep

Fantastic experience: Good place to workout. Everyone follows covid rules and cleans up after them. Amenities like toilet and shower areas always clean and well maintained. Love how friendly the staff is. The couple who run it are really helpful when it comes to training and giving u a workout plan. Should give it a try if living around benalla.

Positive experience: Good equipment and facilities for a small town, nice and clean too but nobody adhering to mask rules or wiping equipment while I was there - might not always be like that but certainly was during my visit.
