Negative experience: Awful system, dragged my kids to the lesson with crying, kids who grow with water and love swimming. angry, not happy, not energetic instructors killed interests and encouragement in my kids. I changed the time and date few times not worked, the problems is for the whole system and all instructors probably not happy with pay or management. They clearly not enjoy their job. shout at kids for wrong move, no smile, no connection with kids, no fun, no exciting game, no encouragement. IT and portal system so poor and annoying too. not only wasted my money but damaged my kids mental, interests and encouragement.

Negative experience: Why do l have to wait until l get to the front door of the pool to see a sign that states 50m pool unavailable between 6am and 3pm no sms(text)not even on website. Why does management leave it to the lifeguards and receptionists to cop all frustration?when the manger should be front and centre and (please explain)show some!not good enough. Shame Shame Shame.

Negative experience: Never have i been to a pool and had so painful burning eyes after only 1 hour of swim time. Stop just chucking chemicals in get it properly balanced.

Fantastic experience: The reception woman is very good

Negative experience: Slow service. I always wait for a coffee at least 20mins.The old lady is not friendly at all. I really wish there was another cafe because I love this sport centre.

Negative experience: Would not recommend it. Every week different teachers, teach differently, confusing a child. For a whole year, never had a progress test, because every week the teacher changed cause the child was learning one swim in multiple different ways, which caused the issue in progress. Very disappointed. Thinking is just a waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Clean Hydrotherapy Pool Seperate Heated Kids Pool, so the Hydrotherapy Pool is Great for Adults & Children with Wheelchair Access and Mobility Assistance where Needed. Perfect Pool Temperature’s. Shower and Change Rooms are close by making the Indoor Pools even easier to access. Life Guards are always visible and available for assistance.. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Cafe has a great Menu. If you’re after a safe and sterile swimming environment, here it is. Thanks Pimpama Aquatic Team

Negative experience: We have been using the therapy pool for our disabled child, the change room is never very clean so we go in and wipe it down with disinfectant wipes or ask for the nappy bin to be changed if it’s smelly, the cleaners are always very polite. This change room needs more regular cleaning as there is often pooh on the floor in the shower area. The ceiling hoist hasn’t been working for over a month now as well! Do better for disabled people who have the one change room to use.

Positive experience: Ramp into pool for disabled people who use a wheelchair to access pool has two steps at the end? Who's bright idea was that?? Someone wasn't thinking? Apart from that a beautiful facility for all to enjoy, young and old.

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Aquatic Center!! We come here almost every second day and love it. The staff are amazing and the pools clean and great temperature. Highly RECOMMEND

Negative experience: Lesson all day in kids pool . So no place for other kids . And the rescue team members so strict and felt rude. I won't be there anymore

Positive experience: Modern, new, and clean facility. If timed correctly, one is able to find their own lane to swim in. Kids & family friendly, too. Would recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: Really beautiful facilities. Indoor pools nicely heated and clean, perfect depth for kids learning to swim. Clean, new change rooms. Outdoor water play area a massive hit with the kids. Cafe well stocked with great food options.

Negative experience: Disappointed that I ended up paying $27 for an eggs Benedict as they felt it appropriate to cover my eggs in pepper. Then charge me $10 for two more eggs. I'm never going here again...

Positive experience: Great place and love there are different pools. Only thing which really annoys me is how many learn to swims and squads there are. I pay to go, I should be able to get a lane easily to do laps. They use the whole kids pool, which pushes them into the other areas which then pushes people into the lanes. Need to stop being so money hungry and limit how many are on at one time.

Fantastic experience: I go to the pool 3 times a week and the staff are all lovely, pool is clean and facilities also clean. Cafe has a good menu and there is always a parking spot. So grateful for this facility.

Positive experience: The facilities are great and we go early because it gets a bit crowded with swim classes. Every pool has training of some kind which is quite unfair to others who just want to play or relax. The warm pool is always booked out which unfair to young kids who find the other pools too deep and cold. It's a bit much to always to be asked to move for classes and quite off putting. Lifeguards and staff are friendly.

Positive experience: The pool itself is clean and nicely maintained the lifeguards always polite when we go BUT the two women behind the counter in the Cafe really may need some customer service skills training and remember gloves are a must when handling food

Negative experience: I went the pool with my daughter.The staff who work at pool is very rude. I think there only care about people pay for the lesson doesn’t care about normal customer。I just been there for 2 hours then told me move to different pool for twice who said there need the line for lesson.should get some sign tell people where for lessons so disappointed

Negative experience: Great facilities but very poor customer service at reception. GCAC are much nicer and helpful
