Fantastic experience: This gym hast it all, great equipment and plenty of it, plenty of space, classes and open gym, but I have to say what attracted me to CrossFit about life was the coaches and the vibe. Materialistic wise you can have it all but for me if the vibe is not there you don’t perform your best. The owners and coaches there are genuine concern about your progress and are always prepared to help you, there is always a hello with a big smile as you walk in, you are treated like family not like a member. I’ve been part of that family there for almost a year and a half and I will not change it for the world. It’s my second home. If that’s what you’re looking for then this is the gym for you. Fantastic experience: Hands down best crossfit home you will ever come across, no matter your age,fitness level or injury Sean,Frankie,and Prue will do every thing and anything to help you get on your feet and back into shape with the most helpful easy meal plans. so loving and energetic to ever member that arrives including the children!! Also soooo motivating and hands down best motivating music in the background when working out!

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Aboutlife has a warm family vibe, the trainers are attentive to detail especially about goal setting and technique. The gym is extremely clean and equipment is well maintained. The trainers are receptive to feedback and genuinely care for their members. Everyone is welcome from beginners to those experienced crossfitters. It’s a positive place to be!
