F45 Training Canning Vale

Fantastic experience: I had the privileged to be trained by Ash, Xavier and Guy who are trainers who focus a lot on good technique , which means less chances of an injury. You can go as hard as you like or modify your exercise if you are recovering from an injury or if you don't feel strong enough yet for certain exercise. I highly recommend F45 Canning Vale as they have great staff, supportive team and great community spirit. Everyone just wants you to do well and have a hella good time doing it.

Fantastic experience: For years I struggled to find a gym that motivated me to actually go. I found F45 Canning Cale soon after my second child was born. They offered a class with a creche for my daughter then it wasn’t long before I was hooked and choosing to go to the 5.50am class most days of the week! Almost 4 years later and I still love it. The time I spend there is my ‘me time’ and it sets me up for a great day. I am always happier the days I go. The class setup is awesome, everyday is different. Working all parts of the body. It suits everyone as you can work to your own ability. The coaches make the workout experience complete with their help and encouragement. F45 Canning Vale is my happy place
