Fantastic experience: Came up on vacation for a week and chose RPD as the temporary home gym. Although it was a short stay, it was a memorable experience and I enjoyed training here very much. The community, staff, equipment, and practically everything about the gym was excellent. Whether you’re a local to Port Macquarie or are visiting like I did, I highly recommend coming out to Raw Performance Den!

Raw Performance Den not only provided this, but an amazing support network, a range of classes, 24hr gym access and knowledgeable and helpful coaches. Fantastic experience: Raw Performance Den is hands down the best gym I have been to!!! It's not like your average gym. It has a great crew of encouraging people that train there. It is also owned by some amazing, passionate people that really value their members. It really has a great sense of community. Because of this I am more consistent and able to achieve my goals. I cannot speak more highly of my experience here.
