Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Healthglo for several months, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or workout advice. The facility itself is top-notch – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide variety of machines and free weights that cater to every fitness level. The classes are fantastic, offering something for everyone, from strength training to yoga. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my fitness, and I love how the trainers are genuinely invested in helping members achieve their goals. The positive atmosphere and supportive community make Healthglo stand out from other gyms I’ve been to. Whether you're just starting or looking to elevate your fitness journey, I can't recommend Healthglo enough. This gym is truly a game-changer!

Negative experience: They replaced the EZ barbells with normal straight, and these are horrible, they should have just kept the EZ bars

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and inviting. It's not like your normal type gym. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean. This is the only fitness centre I will go to. It's worth mentioning that the change rooms are baby friendly in both the female and male. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have only been a couple of times to use the pool. The pool was never crowded when I was there, once in the morning and once in the evening. The change room and showers are OK and clean. The staff were really friendly!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Healthglo for just a year now. My first day I told Andrew that I hated exercise, but I thought it best to start somewhere. "I'm only coming one day a week". Well now I go three days a week, and feel so much better in myself physically. Andrew and the team are so helpful and encouraging on my journey. It is such a relaxed, friendly, non pretentious gym I have ever been to. Well done!

Fantastic experience: I have been involved with HealthGlo in some capacity well over 10 years. Not only have I found the Team to be supportive an professional but also very understanding of my personal situation, even though as a business they to have obviously suffered financial losses due to Covid-19. Their standards of professionalism has never wavered. To give this incredible business an it’s amazing staff anything less than 5 stars would not only be an insult to all their hard work and their dedication it would lesson the chances for others to enjoy their fitness journey with such incredible staff. Negative experience: Cheap, greedy, and unempathetic. Received no callback regarding negotiating the contract even after my many phone calls and email attempts. I lost my job due to Covid related reasons and Healthglo was unwilling to negotiate anything different. One would think that a business would understand the circumstances, but they refused. It's called extenuating circumstances Healthglo. I even was willing to pay half of the cancellation fee as half of the year had gone by already but again I didn't receive an email or return my calls. Also, they had my partner pay my cancellation fee because they didnt want to call me or email me back. Here are the facts. Is this a better explanation then?
