Fantastic experience: FitHQ has been created by two personal trainers who have an ultimate passion for helping others succeed with their health and fitness goals. Ben & Simone are helpful, encouraging and non-judgmental, yet at the same time are able to safely push you to achieve goals you did not think were possible. Gyms can be a busy and overwhelming environment, especially as a beginner who doesn’t feel confident using machines, however FitHQ is the perfect space not only for experienced gym-goers but also those just starting their fitness journey. Plus it looks sensational!

Fantastic experience: Quiet, close knit gym in Virginia but very well equipped. Ben and Simone have made it their mission to make this gym super accomodating and super friendly with some of the best equipment around. Not like your commercial gyms but rather a gym for people that want to train without a million eyes watching them all the time. 5 stars recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the most welcoming gym I've ever walked into, high end Hammer Strength machines and enough plates, bars and dumbbells to suit any exercise in my routine. To top it off the coaching expertise provided by Ben and Simone was exactly what I needed to take my training to the next level.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym with a great variety of equipment. The staff are fantastic and very approachable. If there ever is broken equipment, they fix it straight away unlike other gyms. This gym has an unmatched atmosphere, especially during the night. 6 stars.

Fantastic experience: First impressions always count. First time training in this facility , unreal !! Complete 180 compared to the commercial gyms , you walk in and it makes you feel like you can accomplish ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING, really gets you in the zone for your workout
