Fantastic experience: My two son's have been training at Sunset Muay Thai for over 4 years now! The coaches and team mates give this place a real family feel and although i don't train myself I feel part of the team too. My son Stan has progressed amazingly and has been apart of the Junior development team and his technique, confidence and composure are improving with every training and sparring session. I cannot thank the coaches and teammates enough at Sunset MT

Fantastic experience: Sunset Muay Thai is an inclusive gym; there are children, families, men, and women who are of all abilities. The owners, head coach Simon and his partner Chantal, are the heart of the gym and are why Sunset is so special. They genuinely love what they do and encourage everyone to reach their full potential. The staff are also very kind and easy-going. The classes are fun and challenging, whether you're a beginner or through to a fighter. When I first began, I was able to train closely with a local Thai fighter, which felt like a privilege. Often, there are experienced guests from around the world who teach. Thanks to Sunset, I have gained a lot of confidence and met many great people. I recommend Sunset to anyone who wants to learn Muay Thai from the best!

It doesn't matter if you are an aspiring Fighter, joining for fitness or just in it for some fun, the staff & members here make every second an enjoyable one! Fantastic experience: Awesome environment for people of all skill levels. I came into the gym with little to no experience and was blown away by the understanding and patience of other people training and the staff members whilst doing drills/sparring combinations. Love it!

Negative experience: I have contacted consumer protection and there is and investigation underway! my children were going here for a couple of months and we had set up the direct debt I informed the owner in September that the children wouldn’t be back until after the school holidays and due to unforeseen events we weren’t unable to come back until February it wasn’t until December that I had noticed that sunset muay Thai were still charging me even though we hadn’t been using the service. So I messaged the owner to stop debating my card and to reimburse the total of $388.80 back to my account. They said they will put a stop on the card and sort it all out for me a month later still no refund so I messaged again and they are refusing to reimburse me.... I am just shocked that a small local business could ripe someone off and not even care that they are doing the wrong thing. If my children were going there for 3 months without paying I’m sure you wouldn’t be happy just as I am unhappy you have charged me for 3 months for a service I haven’t used, you have been taking my money without my knowledge knowing that my children aren’t there! I have spoken to many other parents who are just as shocked as I am I didn’t want to have to leave this review or have to contact consumer protection I was just hoping you would do the right thing but then It got me wondering how many other family’s have you ripped off without them even knowing so I hope by leaving this review other family’s will be more cautious and less trusting then I have been.
