F45 Training Robina

Fantastic experience: I was looking to change my life and training habits. I found F45 in Robina and decided to try on their special for 5 days. Mark made the experience really good and feeling the energy and vibe of everyone in there while training made me join it. Loving it and love the results I’m having since I joined. The trainers are super friendly and helpful and the trainings are amazing. Haven’t regret one bit. Love that they have challenges too I can’t wait to start my first one. I highly recommend F45 in Robina. This team will make you feel very welcome.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place run by great trainers. Always welcoming and very helpful throughout all the classes. They are accommodating to people at all different fitness levels. It is always comfortable to go their classes especially with Mark and Tyra supporting their excellent team of trainers. Very grateful for all their hard work in keeping everyone fit and healthy! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending F45 Robina for 2 weeks now. Absolutely love the workouts, very friendly atmosphere, good facilities including showers. The staff are really great who help you get the most out of your workout in a safe manner. They are always there for guidance and the clientele are a mixed age group which is good for me as I am of mature age. F45 Robina is very well managed and they really care about your health, safety and well-being.

Fantastic experience: Challenging but fun workouts, encouraging and helpful staff, and a very accommodating timetable. I'm very new to F45, but I'm just starting to get into it and understand the way the sessions run. I've been able to modify anything required to protect my knees which has been helpful.
