Fantastic experience: Nuform is such an amazing Pilates studio! The smaller class sizes mean you are given really helpful instruction on form and technique throughout to help get the most out of your classes. All of the trainers are so welcoming and knowledgeable and no two classes are the same which keeps the workouts really interesting. I also love the variety of classes. I look forward to my classes every day. So grateful that there is a studio like this in our area! Thanks so much to Millie and her team!

Fantastic experience: I have been meaning to do this review for a while. I followed this business on instagram a while ago, watching the workouts-curious about the benefits. So many times I looked into when classes were on, cost and questioning if I could do it. My mother in law signed up years ago and still loves it. As she ran off to regular classes i would think I should do it, it must be good.. After finally coming to my senses i signed up-booting the excuses. I wish I did this earlier. This isn’t just a pretty space, friendly instructors and cute active wear- it’s so much more! These guys have an absolute wealth of knowledge! They are fantastic. They really push you to improve and stretching the limits. You will be in the middle of your first barre class cursing the pulses, count downs and your muscles will be on fire. The amazing difference is you will thank them after the class for it and rock up ready to go again. It’s addictive. This business is organised and you can easily navigate and book your classes thru an app weeks in advance. Literally no excuse not to try it your physical and mental health will Thankyou for it. Fantastic experience: I had a private session with Kate recently. She was so accomodating and took everything I was interested in doing and made it both level appropriate, challenging and so smoothly flowing. Kate is absolutely brilliant in her teaching style and I am very grateful I got to experience a session with her like that. It was also great having her to correct every movement and to ask questions I wouldn’t usually in a group setting. I will always rave to anyone I know about Nuform instructors. It’s why I keep coming back and why I love Pilates so much xx

Each teacher has fostered a loving, supportive community that embraces every individual. Their dedication and warmth have made a world of difference in my journey. I'm beyond grateful for finding such a sanctuary and cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate NuForm enough! I was always so intimidated to enter the world of Pilates until I met Millie and her team. The environment they have created is vibrant, friendly and full of support. The trainers know their stuff and are fantastic in helping to correct and adjust movements around your level, to ensure you feel the burn!

Fantastic experience: What a treat to have Nuform pilates in Gerringong! There is a positive energy in the studio every time you walk through the door. Millie is a ray of sunshine and all the teachers are so dedicated and focused, making sure all exercises are performed correctly for optimal results. Being a small studio means they are able to give you individual attention during the class and adapt exercises to suit your body’s specific needs. I always walk out of the studio I feel lighter and brighter.

Fantastic experience: Gosh where to start.. I joined up with Millie back when she was in her little studio in kiama. From day one I absolutely fell in love! I have tried every form of exercise under the sun and none make me feel as good as pilates does. But it wouldn’t be as good as it is without the absolutely amazing teachers!! They are by far the best. They make you feel so welcomed, comfortable and at home. They have created the most wonderful space and I thank Millie and the girls everyday for doing so. It’s literally the one thing that gets me out of bed before 7am . If you haven’t already, then I 100% recommend giving NuForm pilates a go. I promise you will not regret it. Cheers ladies!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing Pilates for 10+ years at a range of different studios and NUFORM is definitely my favourite! Millie and the instructors are super knowledgeable and hands-on, they don’t hang back and let you do the wrong thing, but help you with slight corrections to get the most out of your session. The classes are hard - good hard! - and the instructors push you to do better, so you feel it the next day :) I really like the option of reformer or mat classes so you can mix it up and the booking app is super easy. The studio has a nice feel to it with lots of natural light and a friendly atmosphere. Can’t more highly recommend NUFORM!

Fantastic experience: I have never done Pilates before and had been told it is great for post-partum exercise. Not knowing what to expect and unsure of if it was suited to me I can’t speak more highly of the girls at NUFORM. They have all been welcoming and due to intimate class sizes the exercises are able to be tailored to my individual needs to help restore my core and strengthen what I lost during my pregnancy.

She is dedicated, motivating and such a positive person to be around. I love Pilates with her and the team. Can’t recommend her enough. Also my baby loves her too !

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Pilates but am always really intimidated walking into a studio. Not at NuForm, the studio is relaxed, smaller classes mean you know you are correctly performing the exercises and the instructors are all super passionate! Such great energy - I can't wait until I can make it to classes more regularly :)
