I have acceptable hours, they are a reliable company. They aren’t very strict on rosters. If anyone is thinking about joining, I would suggest. As well if you have any loved ones that need care.

Positive experience: Optimal care Australia NDIS, the gym program is good with Teekay Manon, the home cleaning with Suzy is also good (when she shows up, actually sometimes I am in bed and I don't hear her knocking), I am still waiting for the Supported Independent Living Program (SIL)... On the whole it's all good!
