Fantastic experience: Quiet and exclusive. Price worth it.

Negative experience: This place is a scam masquerading as a gym. If you seriously lift/gym you can skip this gym completely. There is no proper lifting platform at all. There are not cables at all. The machine are not varied for different height of people, my 6ft husband couldn’t use the lat pulldown due to it being too small and there never being enough tension on the cable. I also couldn’t use several weight machines due to them not going small enough (is this 1980?)- modern equipment would have a lot more size range to be inclusive toward all heights. The barbell clips all slid off the bars due to age and disrepair so no real weight can be lifted safely. Several benches are broken and only go incline or decline due to this, I guess everyone is forced to share the single flat bench here. A sick joke quite frankly. There was a trainer who made all the machines around his client his own seating. It took me a while to even figure out he wasn’t working out he was just taking up the machine to sit on - so unprofessional, to the gym and his client. The complementary towels are tiny and useless and the bathrooms are gross and unclean. I am beyond happy I didn’t join up and won’t ever be back, this is a glorified hotel gym and not fit for the public.

Negative experience: My husband and I joined for the group classes, but it is not worth the money. The trainer is consistently late (there was maybe three classes in three months where they were on time), they are disinterested in the class either on their phone or having a chat to a friend, classes are cancelled within hours and there is a horrible culture issue within staff members. Following a dramatic change in the frequency and class times that were originally offered when we joined, we asked to exit the contract early. The owners do not seem to care and the contract unfortunately traps you so that to exit you need to pay hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend against joining this gym. It is a waste of your money.

Negative experience: Went there 2 days ago with a friend to see if I wanted to join. Unprofessional woman on the front counter was quite rude. Definitely won't be going back to join.

Fantastic experience: Clean , friendly, and welcoming gym. The wellness program/app is very helpful and mostly self explanatory. You can make up your own program or use a recommed program designed for you. Any questions or enquiries can easily be answered by the pts or other staff members or recommended to the appropriate services. Towels and lockers are included with membership which definitely helps with those of us who often forget our towels and ease the weekly washing also. The gym classes times are a little odd but seam to suit my work schedule. Move, yoga, boxing are just a few of the options which definitely helps mix up your regular routine. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a quiet gym with excellent facilities and amazing hydro area.

Positive experience: Friendly staff , state of the art equipment，25 m lap pool, towels and locker provided free of charge. Only downside is the lack of space.

Negative experience: worst gym they don't even deserve one star. there contracts are misleading and eventually i was out of pocket by a lot of money . they refused to give me my money back, only managed to get 50 percent, even with all medical documentation. the owner refused to talk to me on the phone and most contact was done via email. prior to emails the manager had verbally said i could have a full refund however the email she sent me told a different story. there are far more honest and genuine gyms to join out there, i hope no one has to go though what i went though with this gym.

Fantastic experience: High end and fully stocked Technogym, friendly staff and access to lap pool, spa, sauna, and steam rooms. Also this is not a crossfit gym; re-racking weights after your sets is the polite thing to do.
