Fantastic experience: I started KX Pilates almost two months ago, and after battling various injuries on and off for the past few years, it has truly changed my life. My headaches are gone, and my hip and nerve pain, which developed after transitioning to a more sedentary role, has significantly reduced. Each class offers a variety of movements, and the instructors are incredibly lovely and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I started with KX pilates Noosa just over a year ago, in that time I've done 168 classes. It's changed my body for the better. I'm fitter, stronger and more confident. I enjoy the variety of workouts that challenge my strength, balance and coordination. The studio is beautiful and well equipped and I love the reformers. One of the best decisions I've ever made.

Fantastic experience: After trying a few different Pilates studio’s in the area I was struggling to find the perfect fit for me. After my first session at Kx noosa I was hooked! Finally a studio that has amazing atmosphere, motivation and is modern and clean. Both the owners are so lovely and welcoming and the trainers very professional and have a lot of experience. I have a lot of injuries, its never a problem for the trainer to switch things up for me so I can still attend, and best of all get a great workout. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I started KX Pilates in September & have been totally hooked since. The Studio has a really beautiful feel to it, the Instructors are beyond amazing & each class is an empowering challenge. Jodie & Andi are so helpful and such lovely faces to see when you arrive for your class. My mum & Sis-inlaw are completely hooked also~ We LOVE IT

Fantastic experience: Finally results! I had been doing reformer Pilates elsewhere for close to a year with little results, then I tried KX Noosa and within 2 months I could see muscle definition starting to form and within 6 months I could FEEL the difference in my pelvic floor. Juggling a career & kids means that my days are hectic but with KX offering so many classes throughout the day I can always find a 50minute opening somewhere in my week. The studio is a joy to step in to, the staff are personable & professional and I can’t recommend KX Noosa highly enough. It really is for every body and every body should be doing it

Fantastic experience: I love KX pilates. The studio itself is modern and clean. The teachers are friendly and have a fun vibe. I love that I'm getting an intense workout and pushed hard, but that it can also be adjusted to suit people's own abilities and goals. I'd recommend it to anyone at any fitness level if they are looking to get fit and for a fun workout that will use muscles they've never used before.

Fantastic experience: I have tried multiple Pilates Studios and nothing compares to KX Pilates Noosa! My body and mind absolutely loves the classes. All of the instructors are extremely kind, encouraging, fun and welcoming! The best atmosphere and the studio is beautiful.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful studio and fantastic instructors! KX provides a great balance between the group atmosphere and the space to focus on your own workout. Love that the options provided by the instructors challenge each person at their level - whether a newbie, super experienced, or returning to exercise after a looong time (me ).
