Negative experience: This was alright there was not a lot of visitors when I visited but the lifeguards were that strict I mistakes they for my mum and the slide was slow enough that I got stuck in the slide and struck by a five year old going down but very good canteen and good for all ages

Negative experience: I'm sure this facility is amazing for locals in the know but here is the perspective of a visitor. Staying in Andamooka we decided it would be nice to head over to Roxby for an afternoon swim at the pool, a bite to eat and a bit of shopping. 1. Checked pool opening hours online. Seemed fine. 2. Difficulty finding pool due to lack of signage. Massive sign for the library but nothing for the pool. A local knows you can access the pool through the library. 3. After walking the long way around we find an entrance to access the pool 4. Arrived at kiosk and ask for entry to be told the pool is closed and as proof (not sure why she needed to prove it) had a laminated opening hours sheet dumped in front of me which indicated it wasn't open until 6pm. Then she walked away. Opening hours differed from the web. I worked out why. It was the second week in April and they hadn't bothered to place the 'winter' hours on their website.

Fantastic experience: I visited Roxb Link for the Gym. $30 for a weekly membership is reasonable for the quality of the equipment, the space and overall facility. Great staff, felt very welcomed upon arrival. Thanks

Negative experience: Was eventually served by a young lady after she was asked by busy male colleague to do so. For some reason she showed no initiative to ask if I needed service?! When served she was extremely abrupt and rude. After she proceeded to make my hot chocolate I asked her female colleague about free wifi. She clearly didn't understand English so not sure why she is working in customer service? Now I would assume customer service would be a high priority in a small place but I was sadly mistaken!
