Fantastic experience: B Mee are a lovely bunch of talented people. I went there hoping to build some muscles in my old age before sarcopenia set in. The exercise physiologists know what works and did a program which I followed. I then set a goal to do chin-ups and low and behold I got there! The dietitian is also gold. Crystal understands the dynamics of cholesterol and my latest blood panel reflected a significant reduction. The dietician is also practical with helping to find low sugar alternatives.
