HIIT Zone Dakabin

Negative experience: I honestly had a horrible time getting in touch with any staff at the gym via telephone and no calls were returned. When I eventually got in touch with a member of staff they set me up with a 7 day trial. I attended the gym after setting up the app and couldn't get access to the gym. I tried to call multiple times and get any type of support, I left a message and sent an email. I haven't heard anything back and the free trial has expired. I hope that everything on their end is ok but my experience has been awful.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic set up (Hiit room, boxing room & Yoga room), brilliant staff, so much parking. If you haven't been, you're missing out!!

Fantastic experience: I have always been nervous to work out because I always felt like at a regular gym people were looking at me and judging BUT at HIIT Zone it’s not like that at all. The trainers are really helpful and always happy to find an alternative exercise for you to do if you need to. With the different zones you can change up your exercise and if you can’t get to a class that’s fine, it’s 24/7 so just go in warm up and start at any time.

Fantastic experience: I moved to the area recently and this was my closest gym facility so I reached out to Shane via Fb Messenger, I was blown away at this super modern, large, clean, airy, high ceilings and welcoming staff from this training studio. I absolutely love the 3 x different zones this place is like 3 individual gyms rolled into one with an extra added bonus that the staff and members are actually 'genuinely' kind and supportive. I find that the classes don't make me exhausted/ fatigued to the point that I cannot train more that a couple days a week I can go to 5-6 classes with an awesome rest overnight easy peasey. I love that it is open 24 hours so I can train when I feel especially on weekends when I want a bit of a sleep in but have the option to train anytime should i musker up the energy. I highly recommend HIIT ZONE DAKABIN to anyone of any age to come as you will be pleasantly surprised how the staff genuinely care about your health and fitness. It is a kind community not just a gym.

Fantastic experience: HZ Dakabin is the best training facility! The set-up is tailored to all fitness levels. The Trainers are brilliant and will work with you 1-on-1 if you need or want. Great atmosphere. The Trainer lead sessions are the best, but the facility is available 24/7. I won't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Such a diverse range of training! Recovery sessions and alternative classes offered to those who are injured or needing a slow come back from previous injuries.
