Fantastic experience: Great physio as good as l was anticipating after being assured by other family members how professional it was.

Negative experience: Unfortunately a disappointing experience. I went to In Balance Physiotherapy & Fitness today because their website clearly advertises flexible, no-lock-in memberships. However, when I arrived, I was told they don’t offer this at all. I completely understand if a gym doesn’t offer casual memberships, but then please don’t advertise it online and waste people’s time (especially in a small town where options are already limited). Would recommend updating the website to reflect the actual conditions of this location.

Negative experience: I decided to go have a workout but got told to leave because I wasn’t allowed in at a certain time. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I pay an egregious amount as it is just to go to this gym and I’m not allowed in at any point? Even though my contract states 24/7? Seriously considering canceling my membership and waiting for the new gym to open up.

Fantastic experience: Kosta has helped my 11 year old daughter overcome soreness and stiffness from her flat feet whilst improving her overall range of movement, especially her walking and running action. She continues to use his strengthening and flexibility exercises to further improve her joint and muscle mobility with visible improvements most recently at her athletics carnival. I highly recommend this business.

Fantastic experience: Just had an AMAZING sound massage by Karen. I feel totally relaxed and restored after a 3 week road trip. If you need a pick me up to feel balanced again a sound massage is the way to go. Thank you Karen and staff at In Balance

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the service I receive from you. I attend the circuit, natural movement and yoga classes and I love the variety of exercises in each class. They vary all the time and nothing gets boring. The instructors in each of these classes are well skilled, provide good encouragement and are friendly.

Fantastic experience: Totally agree with all the comments thus far. The whole team at In Balance are second to none and the owner should be rightly proud. I have had my whole life totally transformed in the last 9 months and I owe it all to In Balance and they don’t just address the physical. It is obviously more than just a job to the people who work there and they genuinely care for each person’s whole welfare and are highly professional, friendly and courteous and I feel more like one of the family. With a major shift under way in Australia away from pain medication towards non medication treatments I seriously recommend Physiotherapy by one of In Balances highly experienced and expertly trained Physiotherapists who have obviously been hand picked – I know I was absolutely astounded at the relief I got when I was crippled with back pain, so much so I could barely walk, and I didn’t need any medication whatsoever and at that stage I seriously thought that I had a slipped disc. 10 stars

Fantastic experience: Alex, Lauren and all the staff are fantastic, polite and help you immensely in all aspects of your recovery. Without their help and encouragement I would still be in a world of pain but can say that I now have so much more movement with little pain. Their care and holistic approach to your needs is the best and I highly recommend them to anyone.
