Fantastic experience: great little gym with plenty of iron to push, trainers with expert knowledge in the mechanics of power lifting, never have to wait for equipment due to limited member numbers, would highly recommend if your looking to get ripped.

Fantastic experience: Want to get stronger? I can not recommend this gym enough. Been training for over a decade and never made as much pain free progress as I did with this gym and coaching. This gym is a positive community that anyone can feel comfortable and training at. If you're looking to make progress or just a judgment free zone I strongly recommend this gym.
