Negative experience: I have never left a bad review but this place deserves it. This place is unprofessional. DO NOT SIGN UP please. I enquired to cancel my membership as I wasn’t using it (I was aware there was a 4 weeks cancellation notice). I sent the first message to ask for my membership to be cancelled. My message was not answered until about 4 days later. He then answered and said that my cancellation 4 weeks notice would start. 4 weeks go by and payments were taken out (as agreed to). After 4 weeks, another payment comes out. I message and let them know that I was charged even through my membership was expired. I provided dates and a screenshot of my account. I received no reply. The following day, I messaged again to ask if he had got my message. Once again, no reply. I continued to message every day for about a week asking for a refund and my messages were just ignored. Finally after a week, I get an answer just saying to email my details to the email address to get a refund. I did this and got an automated weird reply. I decide to email again but it keeps bouncing back. I let the gym know and of course, my messages are getting ignored again! I understand gyms are busy and are not able to always answer enquires and messages but 1 week is absolutely ridiculous for a small gym! When I first enquired to sign up I was getting replies to my messages within minutes consistently so this just shows that he was ignoring me on purpose since he was clearly capable of replying quickly when it was beneficial for him. After nearly 2 weeks I decided I had enough. I messaged Ajay and let him know that I will be getting ACCC involved. Within 3 MINUTES he replied (so he's suddenly not ignoring me when it's serious). He says something along the lines of "sorry I've been busy and couldn't reply", even though it had been nearly 2 weeks! I said that's all good, just refund me please. I got an email saying my refund will be issued soon. It has since been 3 weeks and I have received no refund and no more replies to my messages or emails where I asked for a follow up. So clearly this is a very UNPROFESSIONAL business especially if you're dealing with AJAY. I would never recommend. Do not sign up because if you ever want to cancel, GOOD LUCK! EDIT: I never got my money back. Their website is down and I went past the gym and saw no one there :) another edit: turns out Ajay was stealing money from the business...

Negative experience: Be mindful of AJ if he offers any yearly promotion whilst you're paying fortnightly. I made the mistake of paying $550 and after telling him 3 times (over 10 months of $19.99) it was still billing me fortnightly which he failed to rectify. Told me to wait 3 months because he was using his money for the Oran Park. Agreed and waited 3 months when I messaged back I got silence. Found out he cleared shop at Spring Farm. Like I said just becareful if he offers specials. I didn't post this review sooner as I thought Oran Park was owned by another person and AJ was helping them. Looking at the reviews, it appears he is still running it.

Fantastic experience: Love the vibe and all the other members are really nice & helpful. I was never really into classes or circuits but since I tried this place, I’ve reduced my days at the gym lifting weights. AJ is also a great trainer, very supportive and friendly. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Worst customer service I’ve come across as far as gyms. Not only did they not want to attend to myself and other people waiting for service but they were also very rude like they didn’t want to be there. Bad vibes for sure!!!

Negative experience: The blonde lady who served me was really rude and if that’s any indication of how trainers/staff are I don’t want any part of the gym. Hard enough to put yourself out there with your fitness and someone like that puts you off, find better staff maybe someone helpful.

Positive experience: Fantastic intimate gym with function based classes. A shame that it is not more well known. Great trainers with tucked away location in Oran Park.

Fantastic experience: Offers good variety of classes. I loved the stretching class, can't wait to try other classes. I will definitely come again.

Negative experience: Lacking privacy every man and his dog can see in joined plus fitness instead glad with my choice.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Primofit..!!! The classes are extremely beneficial for all types of fitness, cardio, weights, strength, pilaties, yoga, bootcamp, the list goes on. Ajay is an amazing PT who is extremely motivating and helps us in so many ways to achieve our goals. There is a great vibe everytime I walk through the gym doors, music, kids room, clean new equipment and smiles all around. Very highly recommend, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Left plus fitness as their equipment was constantly breaking down. Came to primofit after a recommendation and couldn't be happier. New gym and equipment, excellent staff and service. Can't fault it!

Fantastic experience: Joined this week. Very pleased with the service. Impressed the level of knowledge as I am recovering from a patella fracture and both AJay and Charlene take into consideration to alter my training to help with my healing.

Fantastic experience: I have trained at many gyms before, Primofit HQ is the cleanest and most inviting gym I have been to as of yet. I definitely will not be leaving here anytime soon. The matrix equipment is brand new and kept in top condition. My wife and kids also attend the gym for classes and the service they receive is above and beyond. Thank you to the primofit team for your welcoming staff and it is definitely something spring farm needed !

Fantastic experience: I needed to get stronger and lose some weight I had put on over the year. Not really a gym person so I was putting off doing any exercise. Then one day I thought I will do something about it and thankfully I called Primofit. From the moment I walked in all the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. All the equipment is brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff are always on hand to answer any questions and you don't feel like you are being a nuisance. From never wanting to go the the gym to now wanting to go everyday primofit has changed me for the better! I couldn't recommend Primofit more. 6 stars out of 5. Such a wonderful asset to have in our area.

Fantastic experience: Primofit HQ is my favorite new gym. It has such a friendly, welcoming vibe and is decked out with brand new equipment that meets all of your training needs. A-Jay and the other friendly instructors are all very experienced, knowledgeable and caring. They cater for all levels of fitness and ability. I never feel intimidated... even to ask “am I sitting on this the right way around”? They offer a great variety of classes and class times. Everything in the establishment is Immaculately clean and I love training in the air conditioned comfort. I’m So happy to have found this new little gem!

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing gym to train at. Equipment is all brand new and state of the art and has absolutely everything you need. Fabulous classes and such a great atmosphere.
