Great customer service, friendly community, strong and fit group of people with great vibe. Flexible training hours, beautiful clean studio and bathrooms. Plenty of parking near by. Highly recommend F45 Port Macquarie.

Fantastic experience: This isn’t your standard Gym, It becomes a lifestyle. The welcoming and supportive instructors is where it starts. As they make you feel so welcome the day you walk in and it doesn’t change no matter how long you have been there. That culture has rubbed off on everyone that attends, and has helped to create a non judgemental, supportive, happy, fun environment to train on a daily basis. F45 Port Macquarie is a great place to be apart off to reach your fitness goals and to add another social outlet to your life. So glad I made the effort to give it a go. Do yourself a favour and give it a go.

They are always right there, giving me that extra push and ensuring that my technique is right every time! Any questions I’ve had in regards to my fitness and diet have always been answered in detail and I truly feel like they care about my health and well-being! I have met some of the most amazing people through F45 Port Macquarie who I now class as good friends! I would be lost without sessions each day and wouldn’t want to train anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Best decision you will make for yourself . Exercise are differents and set up for you every day so you don't get bored + always working different body part . All the coaching team is amazing and super welcoming and friendly , special shout out to Kiara, she is just the best of the best .
