Fantastic experience: Quite, affordable and friendly staff. Oftenly not busy and its always clean. Only wish they would update some of the epuipment. Need plate loaded chest machine and back pullover machine, and maybe a back high or low row machine plate loaded. Few machines are quite bad and nobody uses.

Negative experience: Bondi Health and Fitness is definitely not worth it. No matter what time I go, the parking is always full, and there’s no dedicated or reserved parking for gym users. It seems like parking is just used by people going to the nearby shops, and it’s on one of the busiest streets in St Albans, which only makes it worse. Unless you live close enough to walk, it’s a hassle. To make matters worse, there are often homeless people sleeping on the ground floor that leads up to the gym, which makes me feel unsafe, especially at night. The gym claims to be new, but all the equipment is second-hand, dirty, and rarely cleaned. A lot of it is even faulty. Really disappointing experience overall.

Fantastic experience: My local gym. Staff are friendly and the gym is always so clean. Needs more equipment though.

Fantastic experience: Bondi's perfect if you want a small gym that's quiet and affordable. There's a close-knit culture here that can't be found in commercial gyms. Most people here are regulars and have made me feel so welcome. Having that camaraderie has made going to gym so much easier. Shout out to Zenda, Loyis, the manager, Veronica and the rest of the team for smashing it!!

Negative experience: Staff was not helpful about the membership as we joined yesterday and asked them to change to yearly from weekly and was asked to pay for cancellation fee $120. It's not even 24 hours and still didnot provide any help

Negative experience: Poor quality of work. Manager is rude and not helpful. Hope they get rid of her soon.
