Fantastic experience: F45 Strathfield is amazing, I have been training there since November and I would not go anywhere else, the atmosphere of this place leaves you motivated and feeling great without fail every time. This is all thanks to Macy who pushes me every workout and ensures I give my best always. If you’re looking to get in shape and feel good, I highly recommend F45 Strathfield

Fantastic experience: By far the best! The trainers are amazing and have a wealth of knowledge. They really pushed me and provided solid advice that helped me not only achieve my goals, but surpass them. The facility itself is well maintained and always thoroughly cleaned.

Lots of session times to suit my lifestyle, and lots of support on getting the right form to complete the sets. Nothing but positive things to say about the team and culture!

Fantastic experience: Its been over a year since joining F45 Strathfield and what an amazing year its been!!! I absolutely love this studio!!! The trainers are amazing, the vibe is great and its a real team environment!!!

Negative experience: My husband and I signed up for a $25 week trial each. Have done F45 before at the Burwood studio but wanted to trial the Strathfield one as is much closer to home (and hadn't been to the studio in over 2 and a half years). After finishing our first class, we were accused of being 'freeloaders' by the F45 Strathfield manager, despite explaining we had paid and wanted to trial out the studio/ trainers prior to committing to a contract. Will not be back again and will sign back up to the Burwood F45 instead.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym to anyone who loves a challenge. The f45 challenges has turned my life around and made me realise how important fitness is. Vibe is absolutely amazing awesome trainers.
